His career has focused on driving innovation in a variety of roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Direct Line Group, John Lewis, Sainsburys, Argos and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Mark has a track record of delivering success across internal, multi skilled product teams as well as for external clients in the Financial Services, Retail and Call Centre sectors. Worked on multiple digital & data transformation programmes to modernise both ways of working and technologies utilised. Before joining MOJO-CX© Mark worked his way up from Account Advisor to Delivery Manager at thinkmoney for over 11 years.
Nicholas McFadden joins us to take the lead in an expansion to the US and Canada.

A former software engineer who has 15 years' experience in the FMCG and retail industry, Paul is an established technology expert - often bringing technology to teams to skyrocket performance.
Fascinated with using technology to push the boundaries of the possible and using automations to replace mundane tasks. Paul has seen first-hand how technology can increase productivity and efficiency when it empowers users. Passionate about work/life balance for others, Paul believes technology can help free up time for people to do the things they love.

Sean has a proven record of delivering analytically led transformation programmes across multiple large scale organisations.
Sean has been involved in shaping the strategic and tactical goals of multiple clients when it comes to Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Change Management & Analytic programmes.
Simon has over 15 years of contact centre experience, both in-house and with various outsourcers. He's been in a broad range of roles from service delivery, planning and insight, dialler management, operational leadership, and client services - making him well suited for helping contact centres find their perfect solution at MOJO-CX©.
Outside of his work when Simon isn't spending time with his wife and children, he's a keen runner, with multiple marathons and half marathon races planned this year (including Chicago Marathon in October).
