Wintershall Noordzee is an international E&P company which specializes in the offshore exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil. We are one of the operators active on the Dutch Continental Shelf with strong expertise in exploration, drilling, field development, production operations and business development. In recent years, Wintershall Noordzee has further expanded its operated portfolio to the continental shelves of Germany, the United Kingdom and Denmark. As one of the producers of natural gas in the Dutch sector of the Southern North Sea, we operate 11 producing offshore installations, of which 4 are subsea completions... Wintershall Noordzee, an international exploration and production company, was first established in 1965 as Pennzoil Nederland Company, in those days a pioneering independent operator. Over the years, Wintershall Noordzee has developed and matured, creating the basis of the company it is today.
