Ally has specialized in residential property for 30 years, previously having a financial background. With extensive experience and an in-depth knowledge of the North East market she can value your property, give comprehensive advice and guide you in all aspects of sales and marketing. Ally aims to provide a smooth transition onto the market and keep the process as stress free as possible for her clients.

Having chosen to work in this area of law from the start of her career, Amy is equipped to assist with all Private client Matters, whether you wish to prepare Wills or Powers of Attorney, need advice on creation of trusts or Inheritance Tax Planning, or help in winding up the estate of someone close to you.
Andrew joined the Firm in 2021 and can assist clients in all aspects in Residential Property. He is very approachable and has a very practical approach to the law and is fully committed to giving clients the best service possible.
Andrew has 15 year's experience in residential conveyancing. Before joining RCCW, he was a Partner in a long established North-East Firm. In addition to residential conveyancing he has a wealth of experience in all aspects of both rural and commercial law including commercial conveyancing and leasing, acquisition and sale of farms, company sale and acquisitions, renewable energy projects and Liquor Licensing.
In his spare time Andrew enjoys playing golf and is the current Honorary Secretary of the Peterhead Burns Club.

Anne specialises in all aspects of residential property offering her clients almost 40 years of experience in this field. Formerly a partner in Perthshire where she gained extensive Private Client expertise, Anne joined the firm in 2001 and formerly headed up now heads up the firm's Residential Conveyancing team before stepping down as a partner in 2019. Anne now supports the Residential team part time operating from the firm's Aberdeen Property Shop.

Anne has been involved with residential conveyancing since she qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and has built up an extensive knowledge of all aspects of transferring residential property whether buying, selling or by other arrangement.

With over 35 years experience in residential property, Bill is able to assist you with all property matters, whether related to buying, selling or leasing. He has a wide range of experience dealing with high value sales and purchases and is very much in touch with the current market and its constantly changing conditions. Bill has a no-nonsense, practical approach to his area of the law.
Callum was appointed as Managing Partner in 2019, having been with the firm since 1980 when he joined as an Apprentice Solicitor after graduating with Honours from Edinburgh University. Prior to his appointment, he had served on the firm's Management Committee for over 20 years.
As Managing Partner, Callum is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm including leading and implementing strategy, internal and external communications, governance and client management - which includes dealing with (occasional) complaints in his role as Client Relations Partner. Callum is also responsible for supervising the firm's finances and ensuring compliance with the stringent Accounts Rules of the Law Society of Scotland.
Callum was previously head of the firm's Commercial Property Department and has more than 40 years' experience of all aspects of commercial property work, having specialised in the acquisition and development of residential land for national and local house builders and developers. He has a detailed working knowledge and understanding of the technical challenges facing clients in the house-building sector and also has substantial working experience and knowledge of the social housing sector and the compliance and regulatory issues connected with that area of work.

Carolyn has a First Class MA (Hons) in English and has been working in the legal sector for 12 years, following an early career in publishing.
Carolyn has a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing in association with the University of Strathclyde. She assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the Discharge of Standard Securities, Residential Sales and Purchases and Title Transfers.

Craig is an Associate within our Commercial Property department and joined the firm in 2019. Craig is experienced in all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, security work and all aspects of commercial leasing. Prior to joining the firm, Craig has worked in-house at Aberdeen City Council and in the oil and gas industry before deciding to return to private practice.
Craig is an approachable and methodical Associate, who has a ‘solutions focused' outlook in dealing with legal issues. He always strives to provide an efficient service to clients to ensure that transactions can proceed without unnecessary delay or procrastination.

David works at our Inverurie Office and has specialised in residential property work for more than ten years. He has extensive experience of all aspects of the sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of residential property and an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market.

Douglas has nearly 35 years experience in legal practice in Aberdeen, including all traditional areas of Private Client work - Wills, executries and trusts, tax advice and planning, advice for the elderly, power of attorney and guardianship. He also has considerable experience in all aspects of property work including purchase, sale and leasing, and other specialised areas such as Church and charity law.

Faye is a Partner in our Family Law team. Having practised almost exclusively in Family Law throughout her career, Faye has a broad range of experience in all aspects of Family Law including disputes concerning children, separations, divorces, cohabitation and adoptions. Faye successfully resolves many of her cases outside court but also appears regularly within the Sheriff Courts.
She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law and as Family Law Mediator, and is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Fiona is an experienced and able family lawyer. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995, and since then she has dealt almost exclusively with family law cases. Fiona has a wealth of knowledge to apply to her more complex and difficult cases. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law, and since 2005 has been a trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Fiona strives to resolve her cases in an amicable fashion if possible. However, she is also an experienced and tenacious litigator should court action become necessary.

Gavin has over 25 years' experience of general legal practice serving clients of all ages in property sales and purchases, leasing, Wills and family law. This allows him to see problems and solutions from a variety of aspects in order to achieve the right result for his clients. His main interest has always been property, hence his choice to join our dedicated Residential Conveyancing team.

Gordon is a Partner within our Commercial Property department. He joined RCCW in 2019 and is based in Aberdeen. Gordon has a broad range of experience in the acquisition, disposal and lease of urban and rural commercial property in the office, industrial, agricultural, house builder and retail sectors. He also has experience in the renewable energy sector (with particular onshore wind generation lease expertise) and spent six months on secondment within a major government department's renewable energy team during his traineeship.

Jamie has worked as a high street practitioner in North Aberdeenshire since leaving University. Before joining RCCW, Jamie was a Partner in two other long established North-East Firms, being a branch principal at one for 7 years. Jamie enjoys a dynamic and varied practice and recognises the importance of close client contact. Jamie has extensive experience of the local property market and has also assisted clients in transactions throughout Scotland, from Shetland to Dumfries and Galloway.

consultant who has been involved in property sales for over 20 years. They are
backed up by a team of property assistants and secretaries, who are all
dedicated to provide clients with a professional and personal service in a

Jane has specialised in Property Law and Conveyancing since she qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. She has built up an extensive knowledge of the local property market during this time and has gained a broad experience in all aspects of the sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of residential property. Jane completed her traineeship at RCCW and is now based in our Banchory Office.

Jennifer trained with Clark & Wallace leaving in 2003 to work closer to home in rural Aberdeenshire. She spent two years with Brown and McRae and then nine years with Stewart and Watson, six of which as a Partner heading up their Private Client team. Jennifer returned to RCCW in 2014 and is based in our Ellon office where she works closely with our agricultural team advising on succession planning for farming clients. Jennifer also advises on complex executries that include agricultural elements.

John is a Paralegal within the Private Client Department at our Albyn office. After graduating from RGU in Law and Management in 2014 John decided to specialise in Executry work. With over 6 years' experience John is well placed to assist families with the winding up of an estate of a loved one.

June worked in the legal department of a major oil firm until 1984, then took a break from work to raise family. She joined RCCW in 1992 as a part time secretary, and transferred to Property in 1994. June initially carried out all admin associated with sales herself, with 14 properties on the market in Ellon. We now have four office based Sales Assistants who are responsible for the day to day running of the property reception, with over 120 properties currently on the market in the Ellon Branch Office. As a Property Consultant, June is the first point of contact with clients who are considering selling their property, carrying out a pre-sale valuation initially, and giving advice as to current market conditions. She is also responsible for taking particulars and working with the client until their property goes live.

Karen has over 20 years experience in financial services and has worked in well known High Street banks and building societies.

Keith heads up the Financial Services Department and has worked in the Financial Services Industry for more than 30 years. After spending over 9 years at a major High Street bank, he joined RCCW as a Financial Consultant in 2000 and has been advising both new and existing clients on investments, retirement and inheritance tax planning since. In addition to advising clients, he is also the Financial Services Compliance Officer for the firm.
