Jason has over 28 years industry experience working at Perkins, Caterpillar, Cosworth, Mahle Powertrain, Tata Motors European Technical Centre, Ricardo and Integral Powertrain.
Jason has been involved from the R&D stage to multiple production programmes and has worked on over 25 hybrid and BEV projects. He has also published extensively with topics spanning combustion and engine design and optimisation, hybridisation and advanced electric machines.
John began his career in powertrain engineering at Lotus Engineering, working on advanced engineering of hybrid electric technology for global automotive clients. He then moved to Roush where he was a Vehicle Architect on programmes for automotive and defence related customers including the UK MOD.
From 2005 to 2014, John was the Business Development Manager at Integral Powertrain. In 2014 John became the Research & Development and Business Development Director for a joint venture with Magna International; focused on next generation automotive hybrid-technologies working with several of the largest global automotive OEMs.
