Antony has worked in the financial advisory world for most of his career with a particular focus on construction and property He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has an MBA He is also the founder of a successful entrepreneurial club in Southampton and still keeps his hand in with corporate finance and forensic accounting assignments
Antony is a frustrated architect and in his professional career he has dealt with a great many construction businesses While working with a construction company in 2017 he began studying Cross Laminated Timber and quickly recognised that Modern Methods of Construction would very soon become the norm in the construction industry and has been intent on developing businesses specialising in MMC since 2016
Liam believes in a better, sustainable future by challenging the assumptions of the present He achieves this through a concise approach to the delivery of each project where the values of Lamella MMC are interpreted and realised through detailed analysis and consideration to simple, beautiful and ingenious design and organisation
The environment and sustainability is a key component of his work As such, Liam has worked for over twenty years in the industry, for many of the leading developers and portfolio holders, specialising in the residential sector and in multi-occupancy residential, BTR and PRS/multi-family In addition, alongside other sectors such as education, commercial and so on, he has been working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations/RSLs on the design and delivery of Council Housing, Assisted Living/Extra-Care/Specialist Housing and Affordable Housing projects He is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and runs a multi-award winning architectural practice and professional consultancy LRA-Retinue LRA-Retinue is a multi-disciplinary studio of 20 creative professionals including architects, technicians, technologists and designers From offices in London and Brighton, its current workload includes two £65million projects at technical design stages, work on a £230million masterplan, several projects for assisted living of around £15million each, many smaller projects and LRA is an investor in smart technology and CLT In 2019 the practice's work was nominated for three international awards and it won Best International Project - the two remaining nominations are due to be awarded in 2020 LRA believes in its role to help create a better, sustainable future LRA disrupts the assumptions of the present LRA creates a better future through ingenuity and design with people and the environment at the heart of every decision LRA creates wonderful buildings and spaces
Michael Ramage leads the Centre for Natural Material Innovation at Cambridge University Trained as an architect and an engineer, he is a Reader in architecture and Engineering in the Department of Architecture, a fellow of Sidney Sussex College, and a founding partner of Light Earth Designs He studied architecture at MIT, and worked for Conzett Bronzini inSwitzerland prior to teaching at Cambridge His current research is focused on developing low-energy structural materials and systems in masonry, better housing in the developing world and improved engineered timber and bamboo through natural material innovation He teaches, researches and designs buildings, and receives research funding from the Leverhulme Trust, the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, the Royal Society, the British Academy, and industry

In 2003 Peter and Tim became real estate investors, building their own property portfolios in the UK and abroad Tim and Peter conceived the idea and co founded a successful property consultancy Tim was the first major investor and Managing director / shareholder of the property consultancy The consultancy built a portfolio valued in excess of 24 million for its shareholders and investors In the early stages of the company Peter was responsible for sourcing, acquisition, conversion and refurbishment Following this Tim and Peter set up their own propertydevelopment company undertaking developments in new build properties and conversions along with joint venture projects with site owners and local authorities These types of deals maximised the profits for all stakeholders involved in the projects With the new government Part L Regulations rapidly approaching it is only a question of time before all homes will need to dramatically lower their carbon footprint, with this in mind, Tim and Peter are particularly interested in green housing projects and eco homes / energy efficiency buildings Employing Modern Methods of Construction with sustainability throughout the lifecycle of the development
Peter has over 30 years' experience in the property and development industry From land deals and development in the Canary Islands to construction and redevelopment projects along the south coast of England Peter has an in-depth knowledge of maximizing a properties full potential Peter takes great pride in structuring mutually profitable Joint Ventures
