As Case Manager Caroline is responsible for providing bespoke administration services to Clients and their professional advisors. Caroline brings to the role 25 years' experience in financial services and wealth management, and has extensive knowledge of risk analysis, compliance, operational and regulatory requirements.

As case manager, Gillian will often be the first point of contact for many clients and their professional advisers. She brings to the role 20 years' experience in financial services, and has detailed knowledge of all administrative, operational and regulatory requirements. She is integral to the efficient service delivery at every stage of our client relationships.
Joe Capaldi - Chief Investment Officer
Joe is a member of the investment committee, and is currently the lead manager on our AIM portfolio service. He plays a key role in the research and management of our wider client portfolios. He is a CFA Charter Holder and graduated from the University of Strathclyde with First Class Honours in Management and Business Enterprise.

Kelly-Anne joined Charlotte Square after more than 10 years' experience in financial services. She quickly demonstrated her skills in client administration and relationship management. She has an in-depth knowledge of the delivery of discretionary investment services , and contributes to the efficient working of the Investment Administration department.
Kerryann leads the team responsible for the delivery of client services. She has been instrumental in implementing the firm's processes and procedures that underpin the work of Operations, over which she has oversight of the quality assurance and compliance aspects of service delivery. Kerryann is responsible for management and compliance reporting.
Liam is part of the Investment Committee contributing to the formulation of the firm's investment strategy. He is active in the management of client portfolios, portfolio performance, research analysis and benchmark reporting. He is currently a CFA 2 candidate, and graduated with an Honours degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot Watt University.

A law graduate from Edinburgh University, Linda has spent her extensive career engaged in the delivery of both legal and investment services to private clients. She is the Compliance and Money Laundering Officer at CS Investment Managers, with additional responsibilities for the policy formulation, strategy and management of the business in her capacity as an Executive Director.

Sarah plays a key role across all business functions. She assists management with the quality control of business development initiatives, the training & competence of all personnel, the monitoring and record keeping of compliance standards, and the issue of a range of management and compliance reporting.

Shannon is one of the main points of contact for clients and their professional advisers. With over 8 years' experience within the financial sector, Shannon has a strong knowledge of operational and administrative procedures. She plays an important role in ensuring our clients' journey is as efficient as possible.
William chairs the investment committee at CS Investment Managers with responsibility for investment direction and policy, and oversight of our multi asset portfolio services. He has extensive experience in both institutional and private client investment management, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered institute for Securities & Investment.
