- Head of Administration and Compliance
Emma ensures that all the administration for our client's projects is completed accurately and issued prior to works commencing. This includes issuing programme timelines, H&S documentation, organising access and dealing with all the administration tasks that need taking care of on any project.
Harry is our Operations Director and is responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of all projects, working alongside clients to create productive, engaging and comfortable spaces.
Keith is responsible for the day-to-day on site running of our clients project. Keith works closely with our project managers as well as our head office.
Matt is our lead Project Manager. He runs projects while ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations as well as reducing the risk of deadlines being missed and any potential quality issues. Matt is often the on site key contact for project delivery.
