Amy is focused on helping clients build and execute their digital and design strategies, with a human, and planet-centred focus. Amy is passionate about digital sustainability and leads on our sustainability strategy. Amy looks after several of Nexer's clients and is active in the business development space, looking for opportunities where Nexer can deliver meaningful social impact.
Amy is a Service Designer at Nexer; she likes getting to grips with knotty problems and finding opportunities to make real impact. She enjoys working collaboratively to understand services and how they can be transformed to be led by user needs, inclusive and meet outcomes.

A service designer with a background in law. I am highly passionate about user centred design. I strive to design inclusive and sustainable solutions that make positive impact on individuals and society as a whole.I firmly believe in the power of inclusive design to shape a better world.
Caroline has extensive experience of programme, project, and budget and risk management. She works with an excellent collaborative style in supporting effective business engagement and with a clear focus on delivery.

Cat works to bring together impactful content from across the team, share our work and help coordinate events like Camp Digital. Cat has experience in marketing and live events and is passionate about working collaboratively to share big ideas in accessible ways.
Catarina's background is in behavioral science, with a PhD in Social Psychology, no less. As Nexer's Research Team Lead, Catarina brings both reflective and creative approaches to analysing and solving problems.
Chris heads up our Design group, which includes our Research, Service Design, UX & Content Design teams. He's particularly passionate about digital inclusion, accessibility and designing experiences that consider everyone. Sharing photos of the good, the bad, and the ugly, in terms of design and usability, is also a favourite pastime.
Claudia uses her background in design to create innovative and inclusive concepts. Her experience in IT training allows her to think critically and understand the needs of users. Although she enjoys working with a plan, she's not afraid of learning on the fly.
Danielle has over 15 years experience in the design industry and has developed a passion for human-centred approaches: helping to design better digital experiences and better services for fellow humans.
Danny works within Nexer's test team, ensuring that all mobile and website products are tested thoroughly. As an expert in accessibility, Danny leads on our internal audit process and testing approach.
Dave manages Nexer's development, testing and service teams and is actively involved in shaping and delivery development projects. His department is also affectionately known as DaveOps.
Elena has a passion for crafting enjoyable experiences that create change and provide meaningful impact. She has experience working in complex problem spaces in collaboration with designers, engineers and as part of a cross functional team. The journey of exploring and responding to users needs is a process she finds both inspiring and rewarding.
Elizabeth has over 30 years of UX experience consulting on projects ranging from public websites to touchscreen apps or indeed, the International Space Station. She loves a good discussion of defining what experience is.
Emma is and interaction designer who joined Nexer after working as a user experience designer for a local government. She's passionate about creating human centred design that is accessible to all. Constantly changing and adapting to different environments and tasks to ensure she can engage and really understand what and who she is designing for.
Emma has been working in IT and Accessibility for 15 years, and has worked in almost every field - from secure government and defense to TV and media and healthcare.
Living in Scottish Highlands, she originally hoped to become a mysterious cryptid to rival Nessie but was sidetracked by the need for better accessibility both online and offline.
As both an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility, and an Agile and ISTQB-certified Tester, she's got a keen eye for accessibility issues and for finding solutions that consider the needs of each individual project. She's always glad to talk on accessibility matters-whether that's one-on-one, to a team or on a stage-and can usually be found dual-wielding tea and Irn Bru while fixating on her latest favourite thing.
Francesca manages a variety of projects across Nexer's client base. She works closely with our account and finance managers to ensure projects are smoothly run, with maximum impact.
Francis leads Nexer's Service Design team and Cambridge office. He likes to collaborate on projects, particularly where he can make complex topics clearer for the people who need to understand or act on them. He's often spotted sketchnoting his way through meetings.

Fritz is a highly experienced Product and Service Designer with a focus on lean methods of working, multi-disciplinary development and user-driven solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in digital and a soft spot for the public sector. Fritz likes working in the open, being part of a team and starting with pen and paper.

Georgie is an experienced user researcher and content designer. She does this job because she's passionate about creating products and services that users actually need. "Why do you do that?" is her favourite question. She has very strong opinions about stationery, literature, and houseplants.
Greg is an experienced content designer and has worked on a wide range of content projects in the private and public sectors. He loves listening to users and producing content that addresses their needs. He has a proven track record of taking long complex content and making it accessible to everybody.
Hanna started testing over 15 years ago. She works across all dev teams, but with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences. Hanna is passionate about achieving quality through process improvement! Close
Harley tests everything, from accessibility to mobile apps to picking up work on small projects. He's constantly learning new things and is recently completed his ISTQB qualifications and software testing apprenticeship whilst working at Nexer.
Harry helps to foster tech teams and the humans who help form and fuel them. Creating better outcomes, more value, happier humans and solid autonomous teams.
As part of the development team, Harry works to build and deliver solutions to a wide variety of clients.
Hilary manages everything at Nexer. She loves generating ideas, solving problems and helping people try to find a way forward, be they colleague, client or supplier.
With over five years of experience writing in the charity sector, Jade is passionate about creating change through words and well-curated user journeys. A graduate from the Content Design Academy, she loves working out what a user really needs and testing it (again and again!). Not a fan of the phrase "if it's not broke, don't fix it" - we can always improve and learn more! Close
James is a Front End Developer with over a decade of experience. With his roots being in design, he now builds websites and apps with accessibility and UX at the forefront and really enjoys seeing a design come to life in the browser. He also has a passion for bringing new techniques and processes into the team.
Jebastin primarily works in our service desk, helping to optimise the web products we look after for our clients. He has 8 years of web development experience, majoring in Umbraco.

Jen lives for admin, having spent the last 15+ years honing her skills across the private and third sectors. With marketing, HR and project experience to boot, she has joined Nexer to provide support across the business. Can often be found happily lost in a complex spreadsheet.
Jenny has over 20 years' experience of delivering successful software and digital assessment solutions in the educational sector. She's a passionate advocate for keeping users at the forefront of product design.
Justin manages the Nexer UX content design team. He leads and actively participates in user interviews, stakeholder, content and co-design workshops.
Kam is part of our user experience team. She fell in love with studying interaction design and building products to improve people's lives. Since then, she has been working and learning towards building better user interfaces with research and data into something beautiful, functional, inclusive and accessible. Close

Lee keeps products focused on delivering business objectives. She joins Nexer from local government where she managed a council's digital transformation programme; improving customer experience while delivering efficiencies and embedding agile working practices and principles.
Lisa is a dyslexic content designer with a background in business information and publishing. An established UK Creative Writing scholar, she has published/co-authored nearly a dozen books. Lisa is passionate about the potential of words, language and poetics in human-centred design.

Matt is an Apprentice Front End Developer currently enrolled on a Digital and Technology degree apprenticeship at Manchester Metropolitan University. He is developing his skills using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to help create and maintain accessibility first websites.
Mel is a Front Ender, designing and engineering for web. Once a magazine editor, she reincarnated as a designer, progressively learning development tools. She loves to make useable, enjoyable web applications.

Mille has experience across service design, user research and strategy. She enjoys making sense of mess and mapping things out and believes that if you look closely, there is a service design problem lurking underneath most user frustrations. Will work for chocolate.

Molly specialises in assistive technology and designing for those with a sensory impairment. Together with Nexer's Head of Experience Design, Molly delivers accessibility training across private, not-for-profit and public sector organisations. She loves seeing the impact of changed perspectives from her work, when it comes to digital inclusion.
As part of the development team, Rachel is continuously shaping solutions and looking at ways to improve the CMS editor's experience of creating and publishing content.

Rick has been a Software Engineer for a over decade, having worked in both in-house software teams and Digital Agencies. His passion is steeped in modern, accessible development using the latest in .NET and front end technologies.
Ross heads up our test team and works as a Senior QA and Product Owner across our projects and services. Whether it's manual, automation or accessibility testing, he oversees and quality checks all of Nexer's products.

Sami is part of our DevOps team and leads on optimising client products in our service desk, as well as supporting new web development projects. He has over 10 years of experience in web development, majoring in Umbraco.
Sarah leads our Project Management team, ensuring we deliver high quality projects, with impact. She focuses on project lifecycles and is always looking at how to do work, better. An afternoon spent planning in Microsoft Project is her kind of relaxation.

Shaun Gomm - Chief Commercial Officer
Shaun oversees Nexer's sales and marketing strategy, whilst also managing a handful of our valued clients. He runs and hosts our annual conference, Camp Digital and enjoys bringing the latest issues in digital, design & UX to the fore.
Simon is an Account Director, with responsibility for managing relationships and helping clients improve their products and services. With over 17 years of experience in digital, he has worked with organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Steve's focus is on visual, content, and interaction design. He enjoys wrestling complex problems and user interfaces into submission, whilst creating something that looks, sounds, and feels great. Branding adds another string to his bow. Treats coffee as a major food group.
