James entered the electrical industry as an apprentice. Having completed his apprenticeship, he quickly gained his Approved Electrician grading and successfully ran several high-profile projects.
He then went on to work as a Site Supervisor for a national contractor on a multi-million-pound new hospital project before launching EX2 in March 2010.
James is an authorised person for low voltage systems and is responsible for the business' NICEIC accreditation.

Martyn has held positions in Estimating, Project Management and various Senior Management roles for both local and national M&E contractors. He is a competent and credible manager with a proven track record in building services engineering. Martyn has experience in managing projects to the value of £1.5m across a range of market sectors.
As Managing Director at EX2, Martyn is focused on ensuring that we continue to develop our client-focused ethos. With his guidance, we can continue developing the business sustainably, delivering projects on time, to a high standard and within agreed budgets.

Wayne entered the industry as an apprentice at the age of 21. Following his apprenticeship, he progressed to Approved Electrician before moving on to hold various Supervisor and Site Management positions. Wayne has a broad range of experience in the electrical industry, providing him with a strong skill set and the ability to complete projects in a variety of industries. His experience spans buildings ranging from care homes and managed apartments to commercial developments and educational spaces. Wayne heads our Estimating department and ensures that we offer accurate tender submissions.
