Antonio Girardi

Antonio joined Barfield Financial Advisors in 2014 after graduating from the University of Buckingham in Business Economics. Having worked through his qualifications, from client personal & business protection, his Level 3 Mortgage Advice Certificate through to the Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisors, and more recently the Level 6 Specialist Pension Transfer (PETR) qualification, he is well equipped to offer holistic financial advice. Injecting his knowledge and expertise in all areas specific to our clients' needs and circumstances, Antonio continues to study key client areas and is now working towards chartered level. Antonio became the Managing Director of the firm in its 26th successful year and now splits his time between advising his clients and managing the firm's strategic planning and long-term business development. In his spare time, Antonio is a keen sport fanatic, and enjoys going to the gym, as well as managing a local youth football team for the last 6 years.

Charlie Baker

Charlie provides comprehensive paraplanning and administrative support for our team. Over the last few years, Charlie's achieved his paraplanning and mortgage qualifications including CertPFS, CeMAP & CeRER qualifications. He is working hard to finish his Diploma in Financial Planning which will enable him to become a financial advisor to further put his qualifications to use and add value to our clients. Outside of work, Charlie is a big foodie, with his guilty pleasure being anything on Uber Eats. When not studying, you'll usually find him on his gaming PC or catching up on Netflix & Disney.

Debbie Farr

Debbie Farr has been a cornerstone of Barfield Financial Advisors since her start in 2007 as an Office Junior, following her A-levels at Wollaston Secondary School. Ascending to her current role, she not only manages our administration department but also serves as the Personal Assistant to our director, Antonio. Her support is crucial, allowing Antonio to focus on various high-level projects and strategic initiatives that drive our company forward. In her role as Administration Manager, Debbie oversees the processing of our clients' applications and plays an instrumental role in training our new administrators and case managers, ensuring they uphold the exemplary standards Barfield is renowned for. Her years at Barfield have endowed her with extensive knowledge and the ability to approach mortgage applications with innovative and efficient solutions. Debbie's dedication to providing outstanding client service is evident in her commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Outside the professional sphere, Debbie enjoys unwinding with friends and family, savouring good food and company, a testament to her belief in the importance of a harmonious work-life balance.

Eileen Moran

Eileen Moran, a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, has been a key member of the Barfield Financial Advisors team since 2015. With two decades of industry experience, her journey at Barfield Financial Advisors began as a trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. Eileen's commitment to her professional growth was evident when she successfully completed her CeMAP qualification in 2016. Eileen's role is multifaceted and deeply fulfilling. She finds joy in various aspects of her job, especially in assisting clients to acquire their dream homes and advising them on insurance products that safeguard their families' futures. She cherishes the camaraderie and support at Barfield, stating, "Working with the team at Barfield is fantastic and makes work life a pleasant experience." Outside the office, Eileen's life is equally vibrant and busy. She dedicates her time to her energetic little boy and enjoys the companionship of her Shih Tzu, Bailey, creating a balance that fuels her both personally and professionally.

Nicki Timson

Nicki Timson is a dynamic member of the Barfield Financial Advisors team, having joined us in 2016 after a significant 19-year tenure at a leading credit card company. Her transition to the financial advisory world was marked by her achievement of the CeMAP mortgage qualification and the CeRER Equity Release license. Nicki's genuine enthusiasm for her role is evident in her dedication to each client. She excels in building long-standing relationships, ensuring that every client's unique financial goals and circumstances are thoughtfully addressed. Outside the office, Nicki's zest for life continues. She is a connoisseur of good food and gin, and she cherishes these joys in the company of good friends. Complementing her social and culinary passions, Nicki enjoys staying active and fit through long, invigorating walks, striking a perfect balance between professional diligence and personal well-being.
