After graduating from the University of Exeter, Alex began her PR career as an intern at firstlight. She has since been building her knowledge across a range of clients in the higher education, financial services and ad-tech space. Outside of the office, Alex loves a game of netball and discovering London's restaurant scene.
Alice is passionate about corporate and business communications, and has experience running press offices and integrated campaigns for clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, including retail, telecoms, fintech, manufacturing, professional and financial services. In her free time she enjoys exploring London and live music.
Anna delivers integrated corporate, b2b and public affairs campaigns for global clients across a range of sectors - from transport and technology to financial services, food and drink, and education. Once an avid globetrotter, these days she is a fair weather walker and cyclist, and all weather wine lover.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham, Bex joined firstlight as an intern. Since then, she has been building her knowledge across a variety of clients across the automotive, retail and technology space. Outside of work, Bex enjoys going to the theatre, and scouting out a good pub garden.
Charlotte's experience spans corporate, B2B and higher education PR, with a particular focus on business schools and building communications plans around cutting-edge research. On the weekends, you'll find her at the pub, a gig or on a long post-roast walk.
Conor began his career in public relations after graduating with an MSc in Marketing. Since first joining firstlight as an intern, he has been building his experience working across the financial services, adtech and climate sectors. On the weekends, Conor enjoys planning trips abroad and exploring London's pub and live music scene.
From the University of Nottingham, Crystal started her PR journey as a trainee at firstlight and has since been building her experience working across the climate, higher education and technology spaces. In her free time, she loves to travel, socialise, and explore all the food and live music London has to offer.
Dani's roots are in b2b communications, with her experience spanning the tech, legal and property sectors - although she has dabbled in consumer PR too. Outside of work, Dani enjoys live music and good food.
Electra's experience is in B2B and corporate PR and spans several sectors including financial services, logistics, retail and advertising. During her downtime, she enjoys musicals, reading, cooking and a good glass of red.
Ellie's communications experience is rooted in technology, with a particular focus on the video games industry - although she has also worked in the transport and consumer space. Following her graduation, Ellie also worked in the office of former MP Justine Greening. In her spare time, Ellie loves to travel and socialise, and she is a volunteer for Age UK.
Emma's expertise lie in corporate and B2B communications, where she has extensive experience across a range of sectors including transport & logistics, education & workplace and financial services. When not working, Emma can be found enjoying life on the south coast as Mummy to Theo, keen baker and watersports enthusiast.
Fran specialises in corporate communications for the financial services sector, where she's worked with disruptive challenger brands and established players to drive brand profile and deliver impactful campaigns. Away from work she loves to travel and try out different London restaurants.
Georgia joined firstlight as a trainee after graduating from the University of Durham. She has a passion for sustainability issues and is building her experience working across climate, financial, HR and adtech sectors. In her free time she loves discovering new vegan food spots, going to gigs and a good karaoke night.
After graduating with an MA in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management, Harri started his career in television research and production. He gained experience in strategic communications and international development before joining firstlight in 2021. He has since worked with clients across a range of sectors including higher education, legal and automotive. Away from work, Harri's passions include rugby and travel.
Imogen is a corporate and business specialist, with experience running effective campaigns and high-volume press offices for clients across multiple sectors including retail, transport, engineering, and professional services. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, festivals and reading.
Isabella's communications experience has predominantly been around clients focused on technology and social purpose, although she also has experience across fashion and beauty PR. Outside of work, Isabella likes to travel and enjoy white wine amongst friends.
Jack joined firstlight in September 2023, bringing a wide range of experience in corporate communications across sectors including energy and financial services. Outside of work, you'll find Jack at Stamford Bridge or walking his Yorkshire Terrier, Frankie, who may or may not be named after his footballing hero.
Josie started her career in financial PR and her experience spans across B2B and corporate PR. She has particular knowledge of the HR, real estate and automotive sectors. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Justin has over 25 years of corporate communications experience, gained in agency and in-house, and across multiple sectors. His specialist sector expertise is in real estate and financial services. Beyond work, his indulgences include great books, music and wine.
Keir started in the not-for-profit sector, before making the switch to employer brand and B2B PR work. With more than fifteen years in agency-side comms, today he's a corporate and campaigns specialist. Off the clock, you can find him haunting London theatres and working on his 10k time.

Neil is firstlight's digital lead, drawing on wide-ranging experience across sectors to deliver integrated global and regional campaigns. A New Zealander who once played at a middling level in the amateur rugby era, he has lived and cycled in London for almost two decades.
Olivia started her PR career in the B2B tech space before expanding her knowledge across financial services, logistics, and advertising. Outside of work, you'll find Olivia in a spin class, discovering the latest comedy podcast or planning her next trip to a sunny destination.
Paul founded firstlight to help clients be bolder, provocative and more influential. His career has spanned corporate, consumer and business to business sectors and includes some of the world's largest, smallest, most admired and most scrutinised organisations. Outside of work, Paul wishes he were an ambassador for the county of Shropshire.
Peter specialises in digital with a background running integrated social media campaigns for B2B technology and consumer gaming clients. When not at work, he can be found fantasising about headlining Glastonbury or seeing bands that actually do.
With a background in stakeholder engagement, and a flair for design, Phoebe brings her experience to a range of B2B and corporate communications clients. Outside of work, you'll either find Phoebe at the theatre or an art gallery, or curled up with her cats indulging in some reality TV.

Sam trained a a multimedia journalist, gaining experience working in the media as well as in-house press teams. He joined Firstlight as a trainee and has since been expanding his knowledge in PR, working with a range of top clients across the financial services, e-commerce and real estate sectors. Outside of the office, you'll likely find Sam at Selhurst Park supporting his beloved Crystal Palace or down his local.
With a background in both b2b and b2c communications and content, Sam has worked with small businesses, big brands and government. Her broad sector experience ranges from tech to travel and marketing to money. She is a big fan of an alliteration.
Sarah is a B2B and corporate communications professional with experience across multiple sectors, including technology, marketing, workplace, skills and HR. In her spare time, she dabbles in climbing, walking, and planning the next firstlight social.
Ursula is a B2B and corporate PR practitioner with particular experience in the financial services, technology and professional services industries. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, travelling and, more recently, attempting to grow vegetables.
