With a background in helping businesses succeed through empowering teams and individuals, Helen helps everyone at CDA achieve their best potential. In her role as Director, she advises on business strategy and client liaison, with people and relationships at the heart of her approach. Helen loves travelling and is in the process of working her way through the European cities, so if she's not in the office, try looking for her at the airport.

Janise Lloyd

Having worked alongside Stuart in the corporate world, and with over 20 years working on large scale development projects, Janise joined CDA to oversee the successful delivery of clients' solutions. She loves testing and is passionate about delivering websites and mobile apps that exceed expectations. Janise's other passion is baking, a hobby that is very beneficial when it comes to the CDA team bake off each year.

John Playfair

As CDA's Finance Director, John oversees business activity and inputs on growth policies; drawing on his experience in business strategy and financial management to offer insights and guidance to the other directors. When not offering his financial expertise, John loves to share his other passions with the team - food, music and cricket!
