A LITTLE BITE CATERING

Ciao, I'm Chef Jen Zenisek! I'm a foodie by heart, love learning about modern recipes, foodie culture, and recently finished my Chef training at the Culinary Management program at WCTC, WI earning an associates in all things food! I was raised in the kitchen with a chef knife in-hand and was learning culinary techniques at age 3 from my loving parents! That love of food from then has carried through life to now; from cooking up feasts on weekends off while touring in the U.S. Army, taking cooing classes abroad, to making main event entrées for the holidays... A Little Bite Catering LLC, came about through the love of food, but was created as a final project for a culinary class I was taking. I decided instead of creating a mock business...to launch my first business instead and haven't stopped cooking and baking since! I usually am called upon at family events now for catering purposes. Now that I have become a Personal Chef I want to bring my experiences to you!
