Mr. Beng Born Essra is a co-founder and Manager of Tax of ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE.
Mr. Essra specializes in Aviation law and its related fields such as logistics, flights operations and tax after having almost a decade working for different international airlines. Mr. Essra has very unique expertise in aviation when it comes to complex operations of airlines, international flights arrangements, immigration related issues whether within Cambodia or outside of Cambodia.
He has assisted different international airlines to start up with registration, licensing, and daily operations of airlines. With well good representation of his professionalism, Mr. Essra is a key manager who is capable to present any clients to seek for any business licensing and comes up with tax implication advices to all investors to be on the top of its coming operations and declarations.
Currently, Mr. Essra is persuing another well recognize certificate specialize in Taxation from the General Department of Taxation of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In addition to his professionalism, he speaks native Khmer, fluent English and basic Korean.

Mr. Hong is a legal assistant at ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE. He is responsible for assisting the lawyer and the tax manager on drafting and submitting any documents to the General Department of Taxation and any tax branches in Cambodia. Moreover, he also helps conducting monthly legal brief and various publications on social media.

Mr. Arun is a tax assistant at ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE. He is responsible for assisting the tax manager in drafting, preparing, and submitting required documents or formal letters to the General Department of Taxation (GDT) and any tax branches in Cambodia. Furthermore, he also assists the tax manager to research on any updates of tax regulations, tax notifications and conducting various publications on social media to inform and bring awareness to the taxpayers.
Besides professional work, Arun also has a strong leadership skill which he used to be a basketball coach of Angkor, Future Bright International School (FBIS), and 10 Makara high school for eight years. He also led his team to win Siem Reap provincial champion, and national champion once.
From being a young professional legal practitioner, Mr. Sovandeth has been producing a number of legal articles and journals upon his active blog, facebook page and other social medias to address the issue and raise awareness of the public under the rule-based system of Cambodia.
Ms. TARA is a legal assistant at ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE. She is responsible for assisting the lawyer and legal adviser on drafting agreements, conducting legal research, and translating legal documents from Khmer to English and vice-versa. Moreover, she also assists to draft and review monthly legal briefs and hot-news for publications on social media.
Currently, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). In addition, she is pursuing an International Master Degree in Land and Property law at RULE and University of Lyon-Jean Moulin 3, the Republic of France.
Prior to join ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE, Tara worked as a legal assistant at Notary Public. She speaks fluently in both Khmer and English and basic French.

Ms. Chor Sivhor is a legal assistant at ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE. She responsible for assisting lawyers and legal advisers in drafting agreements, legal opinions, legal memoranda and document to court. Also, she helps for translation legal documents from Khmer to English and vice-versa. In addition, she helps for conducting monthly legal brief and various publications on our website and social media.
Currently, Sivhor graduated from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), majoring in Law (Khmer) by receiving scholarship from Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. On the other hand, she is also a junior student in Bachelor's Degree majoring in law (English) at English Language Based Bachelor of Law program (ELBBL) by receiving scholarship from Raoul Wallenberg Institution of Sweden.
She speaks Khmer and is fluent in English.

Ms. Chanleakhena is the founder and the Managing Partner as well as the key attorney of ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE.
She specializes in various sectors of her practices such as corporate, commercial contract & business licensing, banking and finance, fin tech, labor & employment, ADR and commercial litigation. She is very active in participating of giving her input and comments when it comes to new laws and regulation that related to her practice areas at different ministries, international and local organization.
She is further active in Cambodian courts throughout the country regarding all courts related applications concerning civil and commercial disputes arising from contractual relationship in banking and finance, employment and real estate sectors. She also advises Corporate Commercial Practice team in corporate/company registrations, drafting shareholders' agreement, joint venture agreement, share purchase agreement, articles of incorporation, corporate restructuring including M&A and corporate finance related to off-shore and on-shore transactions; as well as company secretary works such as preparing documents for general meetings of shareholders and quarterly meetings of board of directors of companies.
Prior establishing ANNA & ASSOCIATAES, Ms. Chanleakhena served as the in-house counsel to a major bank in Cambodia, attorney at well-known law firm, and summer intern at international law firms outside of Cambodia. Almost a decade of working experience, she has sharpened her legal specialties and skills to advise the clients not only from her legal perspective, but also from her business sound judgments for the benefits of her clients.
In addition to excellent first law degree at her home country, she also earned postgraduate degrees from South Korean and the United States of American well-known universities.
