Although Bakersfield PACE is new to Kern and Tulare counties, PACE organizations have been operating in the United States for over 30 years. Bakersfield PACE is located near the heart of Bakersfield with non-residential care facility over 25,000 square feet. Members of the PACE program have access to our senior activities center, comprehensive medical and therapy services, round-trip transportation and caregiver support services all under one roof... Six years ago, IIH started its first PACE program - Fresno PACE with the vision to be the leading geriatric healthcare provider in Fresno County and so it is with great pleasure that we can now bring the same services to Kern and Tulare County. We're proud to be the only service of this kind in this valley and look forward to a collaborative partnership with all medical care facilities to reshape how care is driven...
