Michael Carey was a banker for over 32 years starting in a small family bank in his hometown of Churdan, Iowa. Mike is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business with a Finance emphasis. He holds certificate's from the Iowa Bankers Association's Agricultural and Commercial Lending Schools. He also served as a guest instructor for the IBA's Agricultural Credit School. Mike also served on the Board of Directors of the Community Bankers of Iowa. He comes to AFN with a broad background in all areas of banking, but most enjoys being a Relationship Manager and working with customers to put any deal together. Mike is married lives at Lake Panorama near Panora, Iowa and has 3 grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, hunting, farming, and spending quality time with family.
Paul Huidobro holds an MBA degree from DePaul University and has experience both in the banking equipment leasing. He has personally written over $100 million in lease volume and was managing partner of his own niche leasing company for some years. Paul is married with three children and four grandchildren. He leads an active outdoor life and enjoys mountain climbing.

Regis Gallagher is an industry veteran with over 25 years' experience. Regis is a graduate of Cleveland State University with deep ties to the Ohio and Cleveland Markets. He has extensive experience developing vendor driven leasing programs at both the bank level and with independent financial institutions. His level of success and exposure to every aspect of the finance process makes him an invaluable asset to the AFN team. Regis enjoys sports of all kinds and spending time with his wife and twin boys.
Richard Homan is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and also of the Graduate School of Banking. He has experience as a corporate controller, sales and leasing professional, and has developed a leasing subsidiary from the ground up for a Midwest correspondent bank. He is married with two children, and enjoys all outdoor recreational activities, developing real estate and time with friends and families to share a few good stories and laughs.
Rita Arnold has over thirty years of controller experience working with both banks and leasing companies. She is an active participant in fundraising for the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter and lover her Boxer rescue, Ms. Peanut. She has one son, Walter, and enjoys reading, boating on Lake Erie and floating in her pool on hot summer weekends.
Spencer Richman is a graduate of Northwestern University and founded American Financial Network, Inc. in 1988. He earned his CLFP (Certified Lease & Finance Professional™) certification in 1998 and Best Practices Broker™ designation in 2007. He has served as President of the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. His experience in the leasing industry includes sales and marketing, credit and documentation, lease consulting, portfolio management, and of course writing thousands of leases! He is married with three adult children, is a rock climber, former scoutmaster and co-owner of a rock climbing gym. His interests include climbing, reading, sailing, skiing and camping.

TIm McGahan graduated from University of Wisconsin. He spent many years leasing equipment to law firms before joining American Financial Network, TIm is a jazz drummer, an avid fisherman, and loves to hunt pheasant.
