Brian T. Goss, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in urology. He received his Bachelor of Health Science degree in 2017, followed by his Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Saint Francis University in 2018. Brian has a particular interest in the care of bladder cancer, prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), and incontinence. Brian resides in Blair County and enjoys hiking, sports, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Yanoshak has over 30 years in medicine. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990 and works in the surrounding counties, specializing in Urology. Dr. Yanoshak is affiliated with UPMC Bedford Memorial, Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, and JC Blair / Penn Highlands, and also helped establish the East Freedom Surgical Center, that opened in March of 2019, licensed to perform outpatient surgical procedures.

Tarin Sill, PA-C is a physician assistant specializing in urology. She received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in 2010, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Saint Francis University in 2012. Tarin's professional interests include prostate disorders and cystoscopic procedures. In her leisure time, Tarin enjoys gardening, Penn State football, and travel.
