Adam is extremely well known and respected across the industry having dedicated the last 30 years to specialist finance. His role as Director of Intermediaries will utilise his ability to connect brokers with optimum funding solutions for their clients.
As a financial controller, Brett is responsible for managing all the day-to-day accounting operations - billing, cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable and other .
Damien Druce - Chief Commercial Officer
Damien leads Black & White Bridging in support of Martyn and has been in the industry for over 15 years and has always been people first; whether it's a broker, a borrower or a member of the team.

Danny brings an incredible amount of bridging sector knowledge and experience to the team, having worked in the industry for many years in various companies. Danny is here to broaden our introducer base and build strong relationships with brokers.
In his role as Relationship Manager, David generates and manages business lending enquiries through a national network of brokers. He understands what brokers need in order to fulfil whatever their client's requirement may be.
Heather is usually responsible for creating the terms of the deals and has over 11 years of experience in the role. She works closely with our clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure that they are happy with the terms.
Jess has recently joined the team at Black & White to enhance her skills within our busy lending team. Her experience within the sector will be invaluable and she will help the business to write more loans so we can grow.

- Servicing & Recoveries Consultant
Working in servicing and recoveries, Lee looks after loans that are experiencing problems and creates solutions in order to help clients to manage the situation positively for all parties.
Magnus brings plenty of experience into his role as Relationship Director, having worked in various business development positions within specialist finance. His bright personality ensures he build trusting relationships with brokers.
Martyn deals with the day to day running of Black & White across all departments. With over 40 years of industry experience, he brings stalwart leadership to Black & White.

Matt heads up our marketing here at Black & White. He joined the team to help build the Black & White brand. With a number of years experience in design, marketing and specialist finance, Matt hopes to make a splash with his work and keep our audiences engaged.
With over 15 years' experience in bridging, Naeem is responsible for the smooth running of our finance team, who ensure the timely completion of loans and all matters thereafter, including broker payments and further drawdowns.

Saloni is originally from Mumbai, and we are delighted to be offering her first full-time role in the UK since she has completed her Management degree at the University of Bath. Saloni is keen to enhance her career in Human Resources starting at Black & White Bridging.
Working in our finance department, Sophie deals with everything post-completion, compliance agreements and all drawdowns. She has over 15 years of expertise and always puts the client experience first.
