Biography
Mehdi is admitted to the Tunis Bar since 2006 and to the Paris Bar since 2011. He holds a master's degree in International Law from University Jean Moulin, Lyon 3 (France). Mehdi started his career at the Banking and Finance department of Lefèvre Pelletier & associés in Paris, where he increased his competence by providing support to French and North Africa major companies. He then founded his own law firm in Paris, before moving back to Tunis where he continues to provide legal services to both local and international clients. Mehdi has developed expertise in dealing with all aspects of corporate law, in addition to specific know-how in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in banking and financial law. Mehdi is fluent in Arabic, French and English, and can also work in Italian and Spanish.
