Panduranga, or Pandu, is Chief of Staff for Mr. Murthy at Catamaran. Pandu oversees operational activities at Catamaran including security and facilities. He worked at Infosys since 1990 and served as Mr. Murthy's executive assistant there from 1994 to 2014.
Chirag, part of the Catamaran team since 2020, actively pursues investment opportunities across diverse asset classes. Before joining Catamaran, he contributed as an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs, showcasing his expertise in financial analysis. Chirag holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in electronics from BITS Pilani. His distinction as the top graduating student in his batch reflects his commitment to excellence, complementing his role in Catamaran's investment endeavors.
As President of Catamaran from 2022, Deepak spearheads the overall performance of the firm's portfolio. His responsibilities include crafting and implementing the investment strategy, overseeing asset allocation and establishing operational and risk management policies and processes.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience in the global IT services and software product industry, Deepak previously served as the Executive Vice President, Group Head of Strategy and Chief Risk Officer at Infosys Limited until June 2022. His diverse roles at Infosys encompassed strategy, M&A, venture funding, risk management, business development, software engineering and project management.
Deepak's impact extended to the international stage, where he served as a member of the board of Infosys' software subsidiaries in Israel, the Netherlands, USA, Japan and India. Beyond Infosys, he actively participated in various capacities, including being the Vice President of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce and a lead member of the start-up and knowledge management councils of the Confederation of Indian Industry. Additionally, he contributed as a member of the strategy and risk officers' councils of the World Economic Forum.
In his leisure time, Deepak engages in community theater. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore, India.

Jennifer, a Catamaran team member since 2020, specializes in identifying global investment opportunities across diverse asset classes. Prior to joining Catamaran, she led business development at Soroco, a Boston-based enterprise AI company and co-founded Scroll.in, one of India's major digital-only media companies. Jennifer holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Cambridge, bringing a unique blend of experience to her role in strategic investments at Catamaran.

Karthik, a key member of the Catamaran team since 2016, specializes in navigating investment opportunities across diverse asset classes. His prior professional journey includes roles at MXV Consulting and HSBC's investment banking division, where he honed his expertise.
A standout achiever, Karthik holds an MBA from IIM Indore, where he earned the distinction of being a gold medalist. Complementing his academic achievements, he also possesses a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani, Goa.

As Chairman, Ranganath plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of Catamaran's investment strategy, governance processes and alignment with the firm's vision. With over three decades of experience in the Global IT services and financial services industries, Ranganath brings a wealth of expertise to his leadership position.
In addition to his role at Catamaran, Ranganath serves as an independent director on the boards of HDFC Bank and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is actively involved in corporate governance through his membership in the CII Corporate Governance Council and his participation in GIFT City's Advisory Committee on Funds Management.
Previously, Ranganath served as the Chief Financial Officer of Infosys Limited, a globally listed corporation, until November 2018. His integral role in the growth and transformation of Infosys included leadership responsibilities in strategy, finance, consulting, risk management and corporate planning. Working closely with Infosys' Board of Directors, he played a key role in formulating and executing strategic priorities, earning recognition with the Best CFO Asia award in the technology sector in 2017 and 2018 by Institutional Investor publication.
Before Infosys, Ranganath held positions at ICICI Limited, where he managed corporate credit, treasury, equity portfolio management and corporate planning. Educated at IIM Ahmedabad with a PGDM, Ranganath holds a Master's degree in Technology from IIT Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his membership in CPA, Australia.

Mr. Murthy is a globally-respected entrepreneur and founder of Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY). He founded Infosys in 1981. Pooja Prabhu joined Catamaran in 2016 and executes functions across accounts, audit and statutory compliance. She holds a master's degree in commerce.
Rounak, who joined Catamaran in 2012, currently heads the firm's public markets portfolio and oversees our team of analysts. His extensive experience as an analyst spans all asset classes at Catamaran. Notably, Rounak played a key role in the sales organization of an associate company, specializing in automation products and services for Fortune 500 companies, during a secondment.
Prior to his tenure at Catamaran, Rounak served as a sell-side analyst focusing on the banking, financial services and insurance sector for CRISIL (Irevna) and Standard Chartered. Holding the designation of a Chartered Financial Analyst, Rounak brings a valuable analytical perspective to his leadership role at Catamaran.
Sheetal joined Catamaran in 2011 and spearheads strategic partnerships and manages the private equity portfolio. She also oversees the finance and compliance function at the firm.
Before her tenure at Catamaran, Sheetal was a research analyst at Goldman Sachs covering the India banking, financial services and insurance sector. She also completed a brief stint as a research consultant at Song Fund. Holding the prestigious titles of Chartered Accountant rank holder and Chartered Financial Analyst, Sheetal brings a wealth of expertise to her multifaceted role at Catamaran.
Sudipto has served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and President at Catamaran since 2022, bringing with him over 15 years of adept management experience in C-suite environments. Alongside his professional commitments, he indulges in a range of hobbies including reading, cooking and traveling. Sudipto holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a Master's degree in Business Administration, underlining his multifaceted expertise and dedication to continuous learning.
Suraj, a member of Catamaran since 2022, focuses on diverse investment opportunities across asset classes. Prior to joining, he worked as an analyst at Kotak Investment Bank and as a Data Scientist at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Holding a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Bombay, where he ranked in the department, Suraj has also cleared CFA Level 2, highlighting his commitment to professional advancement. His versatile background makes him a valuable contributor to Catamaran's strategic investment initiatives.
Udit, a member of Catamaran since 2016, focuses on diverse investment opportunities across asset classes. Additionally, he served as the Head of Operations during a secondment to a Catamaran portfolio company. Before joining Catamaran, Udit contributed as a high-yield and junk bond analyst at Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from IIM Indore and a bachelor's degree in technology from IIT Kharagpur.
Varsha joined Catamaran in 2019 and supports the team's accounting, audit, statutory compliance and investment operations. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Bangalore University and has completed her Chartered Accountant Intermediate.
