The COVID-19 pandemic affects people of all ages and backgrounds-which is why Cuyahoga County's six community health centers have joined together to ensure everyone has access to the services they need. We currently offer testing and vaccination services following the State of Ohio guidelines... Thanks to generous funding from the Greater Cleveland COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund, several community health centers are providing a $100 Visa gift card to ANY individual receiving their first dose COVID vaccine at an onsite or offsite vaccination clinic in Cuyahoga County.
