The Coachuwellness logo includes the lotus flower which is regarded in many cultures as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self- regeneration and rebirth. Even when it's roots are in the dirtiest of waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower... During this time of fear, change, uncertainty and disruption, I believe that finding ways to bloom is possible. I am personally interested in wellbeing having suffered my own mental health issues in the past. Exploring and applying the research from positive psychology, mindfulness and meditation has transformed my life... Through my books, online learning, podcast, workshops, meditations and coaching, I have a mission to make a positive difference and to support you towards peace and clarity. I believe that even during challenging times, we can bloom. Just like the lotus flower.
