COPERNICUS

Day 1 will be open to the public. This will be a mix of plenary presentations and round table discussions to present the Copernicus Marine strategy developed for phase #2. Themes such as Copernicus Marine priority actions for the upcoming years, support to policies for a safe, clean and healthy Ocean, integration of a digital ocean, product and service evolution and ocean reporting will be highlighted. You will also have the opportunity to take part in discussions of how the Copernicus Marine Service is dealing with Copernicus satellite and in-situ components, the way we are working with other Copernicus services and EMODnet and how the Copernicus Marine will contribute to and benefit from the UN Decade of Ocean Science.
