CNS LAB

The multidisciplinary research team focuses on MRI studies of substance abuse, sleep, HIV, and adolescent brain development. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on adolescent brain development is a recent interest of ours. MRIs are acquired on scanners at SRI and in collaboration with other centers, such as those being part of the National Consortium on Alcohol and Neurodevelopment in Adolescence (NCANDA). Data curation and analysis is based on the software platform Scalable Informatics for Biomedical Imaging Studies (SIBIS).
