Established in 1981, The Communications Center, Inc. offers two-way radio equipment sales, service, installation, and rental throughout southeast Louisiana. The company owns and maintains a UHF trunked LTR system which utlizes eight tall towers to provide subscriber based handheld and mobile radio coverage throughout the region. This includes St. Tammany, Washington, Tangiaphoa, and surrouding parishes and counties. Customers include business, industry, police, fire, EMS, schools, and local government. The company is an authoorized dealer for Kenwood Communications, Icom, Raytheon JPS, Zetron, Eventide, Tekk.
