We know that every lender has different lending criteria, different construction lending experience and different in-house servicing capabilities. We also understand every owner has varying amounts of knowledge of the construction process. We know that a canned, single-faceted approach to services will not always provide the most cost effective and efficient system... We employ a client-driven approach to create a more custom and cost-efficient approach geared to the individual lender. That is why we never force a one size fits all system on a client, instead we sit down and decide what services meet the needs of the client and go from there. The many services we offer can all be valuable, however we will work to provide the ones that are right for you.
