DCODE NETWORK

DCODE is a Horizon 2020 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (ITN). We are a European consortium of seven world-class higher education institutions working with stakeholders from industry, government, and civil society. DCODE brings together 40 researchers from 20 countries over four years, with a 4M budget. Diversity and a crosscutting attitude are the keys to our approach... DCODE is a 4M European network and PhD program. We train researchers and designers to guide society's digital transformation towards inclusive, sustainable futures... DCODE associated partners and their network of stakeholders play a key role in setting up the context. Our partners identify concrete design challenges in AI, healthcare, mobility, and digital ethics. Cases and assignments help individual PhD researchers and DCODE prototeams develop demonstrators and counter-narratives that foster actionable insights and postdisciplinary solutions.
