Jim has been in the insurance industry since 1979. His experience includes positions as an underwriter, claims examiner, and independent adjuster on both the maritime and trucking sides and holding a position as the risk manager for a trucking company. In addition, his resume includes a stint as Marine Claims Manager for the Chicago office of St. Paul Fire & Marine and being a member of the trucking claims CAT loss team, also for St. Paul. He has been with our company since 2000 and has earned a reputation as an outstanding negotiator through the years. Jim is our closer which sees his function as settling claims before they incur defense costs.
Mike, Jr. has held an adjusters license since 2011. He specializes in trucking liability, cargo claims, general liability and oversees the claims department as an owner. Mike's ten years of experience have resulted in clear and concise reports and dynamic negotiating skills. He is an active member of the Northshore Claims Association. He has also attended many seminars in his career, including NAIIA's Annual Conference, Transportation Megaconference, Arkansas Trucking Seminar, TIDA's Young Professionals Seminar, and TIDA's Annual Trucking Seminar.
Nita has been running the back office for the company since 2014. She wears many hats as a bookkeeper, marketing coordinator, manager, and owner. Nita is on the board of the Northshore Claims Association as treasurer and the Louisiana Claims Association as secretary. She attends and coordinates the company vendor booth at Transportation Megaconference, Arkansas Trucking Seminar, and TIDA's Annual Seminar. Nita graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in marketing.

Renee has been licensed since 2017 but has worked with us since 2013. Renee since has absorbed a principled understanding of claims handling along the way. Renee specializes in trucking liability, marine claims, worker's compensation and is a notary in Louisiana. Her detail-oriented reports and proactive negotiation tactics have become an asset to the company. She is an active member of the Northshore Claims Association and the Louisiana Claims Association.
