With a degree in Architectural Computing and almost ten years project experience in Architecture and Engineering practices, Adley has the unique skills for a evolving and fast paced practice such as Dickson Rothschild. His digital acumen and focus on solving problems mean that he is an efficient team member for projects, often narrowing in on difficult documentation issues, whilst also being a key player in continuing improving our architectural and organization systems. Adley has worked on projects locally and across Asia, across all project phases of development applications, modification applications, construction certificates, full documentation and with support material for Land and Environment Court. He is tenacious and driven to get results, and a valued team player in any project environment.
Alan is an experienced and knowledgeable Architect with over 25 years working on a variety of large-scale projects throughout Australia with some exceeding $100 million in budget. Alan can grasp the direction and issues of complex construction projects quickly, to develop architectural solutions and achieve rigorous delivery. Highly regarded by clients, Alan's repeat clientele include Accor Premiere Vacation Club, Hutchinson Builders and Railcorp NSW. Extremely competent, he has strong working relationships with Hutchison Builders, Hindmarsh Constructions and Brookfield Multiplex.
Angie is an enthusiastic and talented interior designer and architect with experience working in Australia, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia. Her focus has been on residential, retail, and interior design projects, where she has taken the time to carefully construct work that has met clients' expectations.
She has twice been awarded the best undergraduate project at her university. She also has a love and enthusiasm for humanitarian and community projects; her goal is to accomplish more in this area so as to give back to both her current and birth home countries.
Darren is the Commercial Manager at Dickson Rothschild and brings a diverse skill set and extensive business acumen to the team. He has a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and is a registered CPA with over 20 years' experience working across various industries. Darren is an integral part of our leadership team and is responsible for maintaining the commercial side of Dickson Rothschild.
When he is not balancing the debits and credits for the business, Darren will be found unwinding with some quality family time and finding any opportunity to travel and explore the world.

Meticulous and highly professional, Hani is an architectural designer with the ability to tackle all size of project. She has exceptional visual and verbal communication skills and is a quick learner. With experience in residential, commercial and public space projects she has been involved from concept design through to construction documentation.
Hani most enjoys the creative process of architecture and design; to distill the needs of the clients and users of a future space and to employ the skills and knowledge of our collaborative teams to come up with architectural solutions of true function and outstanding form. She appreciates the role that architecture plays in sustainable outcomes and considers this throughout her work.
Hannah is an extremely competent Architectural Designer with experience drafting and designing from concept through to completion. She has diverse technical skills being proficient across Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, Lumion and Photoshop. Her ever-increasing analytical and problem-solving skills underpin her approach to her architectural designs and solutions.
She works well across multi-disciplinary teams, and can cooperate with clients, authorities, engineers, other consultants and suppliers. Hannah is a calm and steady team member who always delivers.
An experienced designer with over 10 years working experience and impeccable attention to detail, Isadora is excellent for complex projects requiring meticulous architectural documentation and interior design. She has the skills to deliver projects at concept through to construction, working on commercial, retail large residential projects. She is a registered architect, as well as an urban planner, in her home country of Brazil, and she brings this broad way of thinking and rigour to all her work at Dickson Rothschild.
Isadora is very passionate about sustainability and light and will spare no effort to incorporate them into projects.
Joe is a highly skilled and experienced project architect specializing in project delivery . With a passion for innovative design and a keen eye for detail, Joe successfully transforms abstract concepts into practical and visually striking structures. With a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the architectural realm, Joe Kang consistently exceeds expectations, creating thoughtful and timeless spaces that enhance the lives of those who interact with them.

Kathleen is an Urban Planner & Designer at Dickson Rothschild and is often sought by Clients for her expertise in preparing expressions of interest and tenders, planning proposals, site-specific Development Control Plans, statutory planning and urban design reports. Kathleen's knowledge of Local and State policy in relation to medium to large scale development is considerable, and she brings this to every project with an analytical and comprehensive approach.
Kathleen's background in public policy and advocacy in the USA has been an asset to Dickson Rothschild aiding our Client's work in the Land and Environment Court. Kathleen continues her scholarship as a tutor in the Sustainable Design Master Program at the University of New South Wales.
Lina has a passion for design and architecture, and this is evident in all facets of her work ethic and project delivery. She drives for outcomes whether it be a better design solution, achieving a development approval or ensuring well-coordinated project documentation.
With 6 + years of work experience in Australia and abroad, she has a diverse and interesting portfolio including the Maronite Catholic Church and the Multi-Denominational Cemetery in Dural. At Dickson Rothschild, Lina has been involved from concept development through to construction documentation of multi-residential, residential and commercial developments.
Liz has over 9 years' experience in the urban design field providing strategic level advice and creating designs with a focus on the unique development potential of a project. She has expertise in precinct structure planning and rezoning, highest and best use analysis, study of site feasibility, planning proposals and peer reviews. Liz is often involved in Land and Environment Court, rigorously supporting Urban Design Court Experts to drive appropriate and reasonable urban design, planning and architectural outcomes.
Liz has an inquisitive and calm approach to all her work, employing a rounded understanding of local and strategic situations and experience in both local and oversea contexts. No challenge is too great for Liz, and she will always deliver an inspired and workable solution for her Clients, the Community and Authorities.

Paul possesses an expansive Architecture portfolio servicing both private sector and government agencies in his 25 years plus experience in Australia. His work covers large and significant projects in the Residential, Health Care, Aged Care, Education and Law & Order sectors. His passion for outcomes coupled with a calm manner means that he is highly sought by Clients and industry colleagues alike.
Paul currently leads a team of design professionals at Dickson Rothschild, fostering and building our next generation of design talent. With abundant charitable and sporting interests outside of the office, he currently extends his steady leadership to benefit other areas including Little Athletics and School Board Chair.
Raquel is an award-winning Architect with an ability to elegantly resolve the flow of spaces in building projects, and an intuitive understanding of texture, composition, and form. Her focus is on high-end residential, mixed-use, hospitality and interior projects. Raquel takes the time to understand the needs of our clients and their project briefs so that design solutions are perfectly tailored yet often surpass expectations. She is a registered architect in Australia and Brazil and has practice experience in both countries.
Raquel has taught architecture and urban planning at the University of FUMEC in Brazil. She also studied architecture in Italy and has completed community projects in Morocco.

A pre-eminent development advisor in NSW, Nigel has a unique understanding of the individual project and its requirements to deliver a development through the approval process. Nigel's knowledge of the Council and Land and Environment Court consent processes provides a genuine benefit to clients by maximising development potential.
The Founder of Dickson Rothschild, Nigel has over 30 years' experience in Australia, Asia and the United States, including work as the Project Architect for Chifley Tower, the Urban Design Manager for the Homebush Olympic Site and recently the Urban Designer for the Westfield Sydney development. He has served on numerous Urban Design Panels and has offered peer design reviews of important projects in the Sydney region.
As Visiting Professor at the University of New South Wales, Nigel runs the advanced urban design studio component of the Master of Urban Design and Development. Nigel's teaching duties have benefited his growing reputation as an expert in Urban Design, Architecture and Urban Planning before the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Rodrigo excels in designing for complex spaces, and for achieving optimal use for each square metre of a site particularly in medium to large scale projects. He always delivers with a combination of clever design, and effective visual communication. Somi is a practiced professional with more than 10 years architectural experience in Australia and overseas.
