NATURAL MINERAL WATER

Natural Mineral Waters Europe is a non-profit trade association. In this capacity, we advise and support our members on scientific, health, technical and regulatory aspects. We furthermore promote healthy hydration, a circular economy and best practice for environmental protection and sustainable management... The Natural Mineral Waters Europe secretariat is based in Brussels. Our major governing bodies are the General Assembly, which includes all members, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee... We were founded in 2003 as the European Federation of Bottled Waters (EFBW) in Brussels, with a focus on linking all of the individual European natural mineral and spring water associations. Since 2021 we now operate as Natural Mineral Waters Europe (NMWE) to reflect our increased work in the area of environment and the pristine qualities of our product better in our name.
