Brian Brubaker has always been interested in finance and economics, in addition to helping others. As a Wealth Management Advisor, Brian is able to combine these interests into helping people with their financial futures. Being a part of the team at ERSI, he helps clients to discover and understand their full financial picture, as well as goals and potential fears.
Gary B. Sidder, Ph.D., CFP®, has enjoyed a successful career mixed of both observation and action. Prior to working in financial services, Gary worked for two decades as an economic geologist. The serendipitous career transition came from an introduction from a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and it was love at first sight, "As soon as I learned about financial planning it was like everything clicked. That day I made the decision to change careers and never looked back."

Gayle Barnett is a Senior Client Service Associate with ERSI and began her association with the firm as a client. Working with Jim Brubaker, Gayle and her husband took notice of the integrity and family values of Jim. Shortly after, Gayle began working as an executive assistant to Jim and the rest is history.

Jacquie Albertsen is a Senior Client Service Associate at ERSI and has enjoyed a career with experience in insurance, primarily with Principal Financial and State Farm. Ever since joining ERSI, however, Jacquie states there is no other place she would rather work.
James Richmond provides support to improve the overall experience for both the clients of ERSI and his team. Starting in 2017, James came from a background of working with financial and technology companies. "Ultimately, we're all working toward a shared goal of success, and that unifies our actions and communications."
The culture of ERSI is one of great communication, great service and working together. As a Senior Client Service Associate, James is tasked with continually improving the overall client experience - a mission which requires consistent execution mixed with a dedication for continual improvement.
Jennifer Kast works alongside the advisors at ERSI to help clients make informed decisions about their future.
As the founding principal, Jim Brubaker started ERSI on the simple philosophy of, "success starts with goal setting." Bringing about goal setting is more than having a vision, it is about knowing how to get there. Jim founded ERSI to be a place where successful business owners and professionals could set the right goals and develop actionable plans to meet them.

Mary Vigil has worked extensively coordinating operations and enjoys the collaboration which occurs with the team approach at ERSI.
Mary Vigil enjoys the team approach and collaboration which occurs at ERSI. As an office manager, her role requires communication and coordination of the team. Being able to rely on team members allows Mary to provide the best service possible.
Stephen Brubaker's guiding philosophy is, "to postpone is punishing; to plan is priceless." Since starting at ERSI, Stephen helps his clients daily to confront their financial situations and make informed decisions.
