Anthony worked in London for 37 years as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales before migrating to Australia in 2001 and settling in Sandringham. He has been a member of the governing body since 2012 and Secretary since 2016.

Fiona Harding

Fiona has a wide array of experience in senior roles in aged care as a previous business owner and manager of 2 homes. She now sits on 2 boards of not for profit organisations in the aged care, retirement and community sector. Fiona brings a strong focus on risk management and compliance, driving her underlying passion to ensure that resident care is the best it can be. Fiona enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her two grandchildren, family and friends.

Greg Harding

Greg is a CPA Accountant with a broad experience of business ownership and management, particular in the customer service sector. Along with his wife they owned and ran 2 aged care homes in the northern suburbs of Melbourne accommodating more than 100 residents. Greg's finance and business operations skills are well developed but strong community values and people are his real passion. Away from work you'll find Greg in the outdoors bushwalking, fishing, coaching women's AFL football or looking after his bees.

Margaret Maher

Margaret Maher has extensive aged care experience as a personal carer and lifestyle assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Dementia at University of Tasmania and has completed a range of certifications in Leisure and Health, aged care, home and community care and information technology. Margaret previously worked at Mercy Place Fernhill and St Leigh Nursing Home. Margaret has a passion for delivering person centered care.

Michael Scully

Michael holds a B.Econ. (Hons) and LLB and was a commercial lawyer for 38 years. He was Vice President of the Association from November 2015, when he first joined the governing body, until May 2018 and from that time has been Chairperson. He has lived in Bayside for over 50 years and is the son of a past resident. Michael chairs the Risk and Audit Committee, and is a member of the Clinical Governance Committee.

Olivia Darcy

Olivia started her career in chartered accounting before moving overseas to work in investment banking. Upon returning to Australia, Olivia worked for ANZ in a variety of roles across projects, corporate communications and finance. Following a lifestyle change, she moved to a farm in regional Victoria and worked as CFO of a community-based, not-for-profit aged care facility igniting a passion for using skills gained from a corporate background in the "for purpose" sector. Olivia has a Bachelor of Business, is a CPA and currently works as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Better Place Australia. Olivia has three young boys and is treasurer of their school council and her father was a former resident of Fairway.

Stephanie Clark

Stephanie is a retired health care professional with a broad range of experience in both acute and aged care sectors. Stephanie's last role before retiring was as CEO of a community based aged care organisation during which time she was involved in the planning, building and commissioning of a new aged care home. Stephanie has lived in the Bayside area for the last 9 years.

Stephen Domancie

Stephen holds an MBA and Diploma in business management, he's an Executive General Manager retail operations for Kathmandu, a large footprint retailer which is part of KMD Brands. Stephen and his wife immigrated to Australia in 2009 from South Africa and has two young boys and has been part of the Bayside community since that date. Stephens background has been in vertical Brands and retailers includes senior management roles for businesses like Puma and Sportmans warehouse and has had experience in both South Africa and United Kingdom.
