Frontline Outreach Inc. provides a safe haven where community youth and their families participate in programs and activities that promote leadership, entrepreneurship, academics and the discipline essential to succeeding on the world stage... Frontline Outreach's values inform our thoughts, words, and actions. They help us to grow and develop, and they guide us in creating the future that we want to experience for our youth, families and community. Each and every employee and volunteer embrace these values as we work together to achieve the vision. Our culture of success is based upon five essential values which we are committed to, and which drive our behavior: D.R.I.V.E... For over a half century, Frontline Outreach has served the youth and families of Washington Shores and greater Orlando. Over the years, the baton of leadership has moved with the times. However, each iteration of leadership provided what the community required, exactly at that moment.
