Guillermo Farregut

After having lived successively in Spain, France and Italy, Guillermo Farregut settled in Montreal where he obtained a bachelor of architecture in 1975. Founding partner of the Giasson Farregut office, Guillermo Farregut has developed a solid reputation as a project manager for numerous large-scale projects. Within the firm, he is primarily responsible for office operations, both in project execution and design. His vast experience and his varied practice have enabled him to touch all areas of the profession. Endowed with a methodical spirit and an honest communicator, his interventions and advice are rational and relevant, in order not only to support the project managers in their tasks, but also to allow everyone to benefit from his notable experience.

Yannick Giasson - President

Bachelor in architecture with a professional master's degree in CAD at the University of Montreal in 2001, Yannick Giasson is employed by Giasson Farregut architectes inc. since his university graduation. At the same time, he owned his own quality control company, gaining good experience as a manager and administrator. Since 2016, he has taken over from his father, Frédéric Giasson, as an associate architect. He actively participates, as a project manager, in all phases of a project's development, from preliminary to construction, including execution plans. Mainly oriented in the multi-residential sector, he is currently working on several large-scale projects, including a 40-story high-rise (budget of $ 75 million).
