With over two decades of experience as a school leader, teacher, and educational technologist in K-12 and higher education, Paul's professional work focuses on helping schools grow their mission both inside and outside their walls. He focuses on developing comprehensive assessment strategies for mission effectiveness and on leveraging an institution's technology to achieve its goals. Paul has served as an educational administrator for nearly two decades, both in the United States and internationally. In the United States, he has served as Program Evaluator for Mesa Public Schools, and, previously, he was a school leader in the Dominican Republic, where he was Assistant Head of School at Santiago Christian School and Interim Head of School at Colegio Caminito de Jesus. Over the past two decades, he has provided technology consulting services to companies and non-profits in the Philadelphia metropolitan region.

Tassos has served for over forty years in education around the globe, having led multiple schools through IB accreditation. Experienced in establishing an efficient school culture across many global educational establishments Dr. Anastasiades has improved student learning and welfare and seen exceptional results from a positive, supporting, and safe school climate. His educational leadership experience is extensive and includes holding positions as Quality Assurance Director for Riyadh Schools, Principal of the Finnish School of Kosovo, Head of Edubridge International School, Director of Ajman Academy, Principal of Dubai Gem Private School, Director of Quality Assurance at Innoventures Education, and headships and school leadership positions in the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, China, Nigeria, Zambia, Malaysia, and Cyprus. Dr. Anastasiades has engaged in projects focused on quality assurance, leadership development, preparation for KHDA (UAE) inspections, Cambridge Schools, American curriculum, British curriculum, preparing schools for BSO and CIS accreditation, monitoring the quality of teaching and learning, and working closely with school development targets including personalized appraisal systems and school policy development. He has an MA in Education (Bath University), an MBA in Educational Leadership (Leicester University), a Ph.D. in Biochemistry (Nottingham University), and National Professional Qualification for Headship, Positive Psychology and is an advocate for mindfulness and wellbeing.

Wayne K. Lynch

​Wayne K. Lynch is a graduate of Rider University (B.S. Marketing, '71), Temple University (M. Ed., '78), and Dallas Theological Seminary (M.A. '84). He has been an Educator and Fundraiser since 1975 and speaks, writes, and consults widely on these topics. He holds the senior designation in fundraising from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, ACFRE. Wayne is one of 125 who holds this distinction in the 28,000-member organization. He - served as Director of Santiago Christian School in the Dominican Republic where he lived for ten years. He loves to work with schools in hard places, such as the DR, Albania, the Ukraine and Central Africa. Currently, he and his wife Carol travel and work from Jupiter, Florida. He is the President of The Gift of Hope USA Foundation, which provides funding to inspire, equip, and empower Christian leaders and organizations with the transformational HOPE of Jesus Christ. His Handbook for Ministry Fundraising was published by The Center, Souderton, PA. He has expertise in Annual and Capital Campaigns, Major Gifts, International Fundraising, Establishing and Building Endowments, The Board's Role in Fundraising, Establishing a Development Program, and Deferred Giving Programs. Wayne began his fundraising career with Plumstead Christian School (1975-1986) and was Vice President for Development at Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University) and founder and Executive Director of their support foundation, The Regency Foundation, from 1986-2003.
