Adam Berger is a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners and joined the firm in 2018 after having been Chairman and/or CEO of several Insight portfolio companies since 2011. He currently serves as Board Chairman for Insight-owned or controlled companies with an aggregate enterprise value of over $6 billion including Campaign Monitor, a leader in email marketing services, E2Open, the leader in cloud-based enterprise supply chain management, Diligent, the leader in governance cloud software, Illuminate Education, the leader in cloud-based multi-tier systems of support, Achieve3000, a leader in K12 literacy software, and Vela, a leader in low-latency trading tools and ticker plants.
Prior to joining Insight, Adam was CEO of Digital Room Incorporated, an online printer formerly owned by Insight and was sold in 2017. Previous executive and board roles include Chairman and CEO of Spark Networks Inc., CEO of WeddingChannel.com, Inc., President and COO of The Franklin Mint, and Director of PeopleSupport Inc. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BS Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Anika Agarwal joined Insight in 2014. She focuses on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations of application and infrastructure software companies. Anika helps lead investments in both high growth and mature software businesses and works with several portfolio companies. Anika currently sits on the board or oversees Insight's investments in Appriss, Bullhorn, Community Brands, Drillinginfo, Episerver, EveryAction, PDI, and Property Brands.
Prior to joining Insight, Anika was a member of the investment team at Vista Equity Partners. Anika completed multiple platform and follow-on software buyouts in which her role included conducting market and operational due diligence, negotiating agreements, and arranging financing commitments. Anika was active at both the board and company level at portfolio companies advising management teams on operating improvements and add-on acquisitions.
Anika holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University. She speaks French and Hindi.

Beth joined PDI in 2018 and is responsible for the Talent Management of PDI globally, including talent acquisition, learning and development, remuneration, talent assessment, employee engagement and operations. Beth has over 25 years' experience in Human Resources and Total Rewards. She's worked in private and publicly held companies with domestic and international employees in a variety of industries, having held leadership roles at Thrive/MedAssets, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Turner Broadcasting System, and Randstad. Beth holds a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Bethany Allee is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in key leadership roles, including President, Treasurer, and SVP of Marketing.
Allee has worked at iconic technology brands Broadcom and Brocade, as well as high-growth companies such as PDI, Cybera, NuView, and Powered. Her career focus is building high-tech market segments-she helped launch one that has reached several billion in annual revenues, along with three others in the $50+ million range.
Allee is best known for her strategic vision during market transitions and leadership in periods of cultural and transformational change. She's writes for several retail publications, authors an EV blog, is a member of the NACS Strategic Advisory Committee, is a CRN Channel Chief, and is a Top Woman in Convenience.
Allee serves on the board of directors for Dress for Success, WISE4 Women, and Sound & Vision Social Club. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with equality-driven organizations, and doting on her two children. After taking accelerated studies in Advertising at the University of Texas, Austin, she graduated in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston, Downtown.

Brandon joined PDI in 2018 through the Excentus Acquisition, bringing over 30 years of experience in convenience retail loyalty marketing and business development. He is currently the President of Consumer Engagement, which includes Offers & Insights, Payments, Loyalty, and Consumer Programs. Among these PDI solutions are the Fuel Rewards® program and GasBuddy app, which represent 15 million monthly active users.
Prior to PDI, Brandon served as the Excentus President and CEO. He was the driving force behind the launch of the most successful national coalition marketing program in the U.S., the Fuel Rewards program.He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Marketing Double Major, from Texas Christian University. Brandon is a board member of the North Texas chapter of the Folds of Honor foundation.

Chris joined PDI in 2017 as CTO. While relatively new to the convenience industry, Chris brings more than 30 years of experience in fast-growth technology and innovation. She currently guides the technology direction and decisions for PDI, including the company's technology infrastructure and systems. Chris also serves as President of Security & Platform, where she manages P&L, drives business growth, and influences resource allocation among other responsibilities. Prior to joining PDI, Chris was CTO for PeopleAdmin and SVP of Engineering at Accruent. She started her technology career as a software developer in the United States Air Force.

Dawn joined PDI in 2020 as the SVP & GM, International Solutions and is based in the UK, EMEA. Dawn brings over 22 years of experience in IT and tech to PDI. She has led global teams in the convenience retail, retail, hospitality, banking, logistics, and business services industries. As a multifaceted business leader Dawn focuses on enabling customers' business transformation with game-changing services and solutions.
Before joining PDI, Dawn was involved in blue-chip International corporate organizations NCR, Fujitsu, and Doddle, a UK start-up. She helped navigate the complex technology ecosystem to keep global customers on the leading edge of their industries to accelerate growth. Dawn is a veteran of the Royal Air Force and belongs to the Institute of Directors, a British professional organization for company directors, senior business leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Deven Parekh is a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners and joined the firm in 2000. Deven manages investments in application software, data and consumer internet businesses globally. Notable previous companies in Deven's portfolio have included Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce, NASDAQ: CRM), Chegg (IPO) and Football Fanatics (acquired by GSI Commerce, later acquired by eBay). Deven is a global investor, having actively worked with investments in China, Latin America, Europe and Russia. Deven was previously a Principal at Berenson Minella & Company, a New York-based merchant banking firm, where he served on the firm's M&A Committee. Prior to Berenson Minella, Deven was with The Blackstone Group, where he was involved in both M&A advisory and principal activities.
Douglas joined PDI in January 2017. Douglas has over 20 years of experience focused on building strong customer relationships in the convenience retail segment. Prior to joining PDI, Douglas served as the EVP of Global Sales for Kalibrate, where he helped build and lead their global sales organization across six continents. Previously, Douglas held increasingly responsible positions with Radiant Systems and NCR Corporation. He holds a B.A. in Economics from American University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Vanderbilt University.

Drew joined PDI through the acquisition of the Pinnacle Corporation, where he served as President. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in increasing profitability through team development, revenue growth, M&A, solutions creation, disruptive technologies, sales, and strategic account development. As EVP and GM, North America Enterprise Productivity, Drew oversees the North America Enterprise Productivity business, including retail convenience as well as wholesale ERP and Logistics solutions.
Prior to PDI, Drew served in multiple roles at Pinnacle. Before Pinnacle, he was Vice President of TMI Services, Inc., where he led the convenience store technology division. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a BBA degree in Marketing. Drew is a member of the NACS Supplier Board of Directors and a former chairman of that Board. He is also a former member of the NACS Board of Directors.

Eli is Managing Director of Genstar Capital, responsible for expanding Genstar's Software Practice. Eli joined Genstar in 2008. He has over a decade of private equity investment experience in technology-related sectors. Prior to joining Genstar Capital, Eli was an Associate at Hellman & Friedman LLC, a private equity investment firm in San Francisco. Previously, Eli worked for Greenhill & Co. in New York as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring and Principal Investing groups. Eli has an MBA from Stanford and BA from Yale.

Frank Brennan joined PDI in 2018 and has over 17 years of experience in the software and services sector. Frank is responsible for global services and oversees consulting, operations, user education and customer success at PDI. Prior to joining PDI Frank held several leadership positions at NCR Corporation and Radiant Systems overseeing professional services. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia Tech.

Hythem is a Managing Director with TA Associates. He is a member of the Firm's Management Committee and is the Co-Head of the North American Technology Group. He has more than 18 years of experience working with and investing in some of the leading technology companies in the world. Since joining TA in 2004, Hythem has been involved in more than 20 investments totaling more than $20 billion in enterprise value. These investments have been in North America, Europe, India and the Middle East. He has deep domain expertise across both application and infrastructure software businesses. Prior to TA, Hythem worked at McKinsey & Company and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Jamie joined PDI in 2017 and currently serves as SVP & GM, Offers, Media Network, and Insights (OMNI). Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in the convenience retail, loyalty marketing, and consulting industry. He focuses on helping retailers and brands work better together to increase sales and profitability. Prior to joining PDI, Jamie managed a consulting practice where he supported retailers with their program service implementations. He attended Illinois State University with an emphasis in business.

Jimmy Frangis joined PDI Technologies in 2016 and is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the company. As CEO, he brings more than 20 years of experience in retail software. Prior to PDI, Jimmy served in various leadership positions at NCR Corporation, including vice president and general manager of the global petroleum and convenience retail business. Prior to joining NCR, he held multiple leadership positions at Radiant Systems. Jimmy began his career at Arthur Andersen. He holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
Linnea Geiss joined PDI Technologies in 2018 and brings over 20 years of global experience spanning operations, investing, strategy, and corporate development. As the Chief Operating Officer at PDI, Linnea leads a team of more than 1,500 global employees and oversees all product, engineering & professional services operations, innovation, and marketing & education functions. She helps develop and execute organic and acquisition initiatives to drive growth and strategic positioning across global markets.
Prior to joining PDI, Linnea served as head of Strategy and Corporate Development for NCR Corporation, as a venture capitalist with Arcapita, and in a variety of global operating roles with Radiant Systems. Her global transaction & business experience spans over 30 countries, and she has structured a wide variety of transactions in both public & private markets.
She has served as an independent advisor to several private equity firms and management teams and is an active member of a variety of local & global nonprofit civic & professional organizations. She is a widely recognized thought leader on topics of startups, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, M&A, and corporate governance.
She currently serves as a trustee of the Woodruff Arts Center, as a member of the corporate board of directors of Aptean, and as a special advisor to the International Board of Directors of the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS).
Nicole serves as PDI's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting aspects of the business. Before joining PDI, Nicole was CFO at eVestment Inc. where she helped build a strong finance infrastructure for the business while delivering double-digit growth and operational excellence. Prior to that, she spent more than 15 years at GE serving in several leadership roles, including CFO of GE Transportation, Software and Solutions. Nicole holds a B.S. in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Scott is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in Atlanta, GA. Scott has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years and currently chairs the boards of Oversight Systems and Star Compliance, and sits on the board of Fintech. Prior to joining Luminate Capital, Scott served as President of the Retail Division at NCR and held multiple executive roles at Radiant Systems, which was known as the leading provider of technology solutions to the retail and hospitality industry. Scott began his career as a management consultant with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse.

Sid joined PDI in 2019 and brings over 20 years of global experience in delivering product innovations and operational excellence in enterprise software and industrial product companies. He is the President of Enterprise Productivity segment which include ERP, Logistics, Pricing and Point of Sale solutions that help our customers run their operations more effective.
Prior to joining PDI, he held multiple leadership roles at global companies, including General Electric, where he was director of products for the Logistics Software and Electric Mining Vehicle businesses. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
