Darcy Durksen has been in the residential multifamily industry for over 18 years and has experience in all aspects of the construction including, development, building design, pre-construction/construction/post-construction service, project finance, estimating and project management. His project experience includes entry-level condos, luxury senior condos, purpose-built rentals, assisted living facilities, and hotels across 3 provinces. Darcy leverages this experience with our entire construction team to ensure that we provide our clients with outstanding service from budgeting to turnover, striving to keep budgets and schedules against tight timelines and ever changing industry conditions.
Jason Fleury brings over 25 years experience and extensive knowledge in development, construction management, pre-construction service and general contracting for new builds or renovations across western Canada. He works in the public sector through to private corporations and investors. This includes assisted living, affordable housing, seniors facilities, single family homes, large insurance losses and multi-family rental/condo developments. His diverse track record in developments, project/construction management, and community contributions gives a unique advantage in architecture, finances, sales, marketing, and construction.
Lisa Russell has a vast real estate background in the multi-family sector bringing more than 25 years of acquisition, development and management experience to the team. Lisa served as senior vice president, corporate development at Boardwalk REIT since 2016, overseeing the REIT"s growth across Canada. Prior to becoming Senior VP, Lisa served as VP Acquisitions for Western Canada and previously as Director of Acquisitions at Boardwalk. She has her Bachelor of commerce degree and her CPM designation.
In her 24 years of property operations Lizaine has seen and done it all. Her passion for property management has led to roles of VP Operations at Boardwalk REIT, Mainstreet Equities and Northview Apartment REIT.
