HMS - Key Persons
Hans Dijkman is founder of Herengracht Management Services (HMS).
Early 2010 he started this organization, mainly active in the field of recruitment of middle- and senior management.
Prior to HMS, Hans Dijkman was a Partner of Korn/Ferry International, the world's leading executive search organization, specialized in recruitment, talent and leadership management.
Together with a team, he opened the Amsterdam Korn/Ferry office in 1987 and was, for more than twenty years, involved in managing executive recruitment assignments, in particular in the Industry and Industrial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Business & Professional Services and Real Estate.
From 1979 till 1987, Hans Dijkman was employed by the former AMRO Bank, where he filled positions as Managing Director Mortgage Business and General Manager Real Estate Leasing.
Before joining AMRO, Hans Dijkman was Marketing Manager for a temporary labour agency.
Hans Dijkman holds a master's degree in Law from the Erasmus University and in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is a certified real estate broker.
