IEA WIND

The International Energy Agency (IEA) was formed in 1974 as an autonomous body within the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The IEA works to ensure reliable, affordable and clean energy for both its member countries and nations around the world. Currently, there are 29 member countries participating in the IEA; there are also six countries with association status and two countries who are candidates for accession to the IEA... Founded in 1977, the International Energy Agency Wind Technology Collaboration Programme is an international co-operation that shares information and research to advance wind energy research, development and deployment in member countries. The consortium operates under the auspices of the International Energy Agency (IEA)... The IEA Wind TCP Secretariat is responsible for communications between the members of the ExCo and between the ExCo and Operating Agents, and supporting the ongoing development of the Wind TCP.
