Colin Lennon

Colin Lennon has five years of experience in medical communications and client services. He has extensive experience in medical education supporting one of the largest cardiology brands in the US. In addition to this he has worked in oncology and neurology therapeutic areas as well. Colin has helped launch multiple new indications while supporting older indications and their relevance in their market. His project management experience includes both virtual and live deliverables ranging from content decks, advisory boards, speaker trainings, national broadcasts, podcasts, and congress planning. Colin graduated with his Bachelor of Health Science in Exercise Science from William Patterson University and continued his education at Farleigh Dickinson University where he received his MPA in Healthcare Management.

Courtney Regan

Courtney Regan is a Senior Account Manager with over half a decade in the medical communications, education, and client services space. Her focus is in providing high-quality educational materials and congress planning for an array of drugs and indications. Courtney has worked across numerous therapeutic areas including oncology, women's health, rheumatology, respiratory, and many more. She created and led her own project management department in her previous agency and best enjoyed being able to mentor promising upcoming women and men in the industry. Her management experience includes developing project scopes, budgets, timelines, and reports to help ensure the project is executed on time, on budget and client approved. Courtney holds a B.S. in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Stony Brook University, where she graduated magna cum laude from the Honors program. In her free time, Courtney loves to paint, read, and spend valuable time with her puppy, Luna.

Dr Ilona Kravtsova

Dr Ilona Kravtsova joined ECIR after completing her PharmD along with a certificate in Clinical Trials and Regulatory Affairs from Keck Graduate Institute in California. After obtaining her dual bachelor's degrees in neuroscience and biology, Ilona gained experience as a study coordinator for a pharmacogenomics company in the cardiovascular space, as a clinical development consultant for ophthalmologic conditions at a biopharmaceutical company, and as a commercial strategy consultant for a global molecular diagnostics company. Throughout her pharmacy training, Dr Kravtsova has held various leadership positions and was an active member of the National Organization for Rare Disorders, affording her a variety of opportunities from presenting at national conferences to authoring several publications. During her Fellowship at ECIR, Dr Kravtsova has gained invaluable experience in medical communications and has been an integral member of the respiratory and cardiovascular teams. Dr Kravtsova is passionate about cardiology and medical strategy.

Haley Orrie

Haley has three years of experience working in medical communications. Currently, she supports a multinational pharmaceutical company to deliver strategic conference support including symposiums, product theaters, booth assets, and live meetings. Prior to this, she worked with several industry leaders in the hematology and oncology space to help produce high-quality educational solutions. Outside of work you can find Haley at the park with her dog, General, whom she loves very much.

Kristin Vargas

Kristin Vargas has ten years of experience in medical communications and client services. Most recently, she has focused on medical affairs for one of the top 10 largest pharmaceutical companies, supporting strategic conference support and content development. Prior to this, she gained commercial HCP experience as an account director and account manager. Her experience includes working on a scientific message map for a pharmaceutical company brand in preparation for launch, managing multiple medical education projects, and developing annual strategic plans to advance her clients' portfolio. Additionally, Kristin supports several additional clients in their initiatives, including symposiums, product theaters, booth assets, live meetings, advisory boards, and content development. She ensures that client and staff needs are met and that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Quinnipiac University.

Omar Chaker

Omar graduated with his PharmD from the University of Toledo in Ohio. Omar joined ECIR after completing a medical information fellowship with GSK and Duke University Hospital, where his training was focused on medical and promotional review, medication policy review, and formulary management. During his studies at the University of Toledo, Omar gained experience developing clinical tools with the pharmacy informatics team at UTMC, as well as conducting pre-clinical research with experimental psychiatric animal models, and has held various leadership positions in pharmacy student organizations. Omar was able to gain expertise in various therapeutic areas during his training, allowing him to leverage his experience in immunology, nephrology, and neurology as a Scientific Manager at ECIR, pursuing his passion of medical content creation and strategy development.
