INTO THE BLUE BAKERY

Into the Blue makes authentic Italian style wood fired pizza in Haliburton County and beyond. This totally mobile business has been in operation since 2014 and can be seen at Markets, Festivals, people's homes and cottages. This is also our 3rd summer having a wonderful food truck... From 2014 until 2019 our key focus was markets, festivals, catering and partnering with business to create great events. We built our business to include 2 trailers, 1 small oven and 1 food truck (new in 2019). We were busy having fun serving people all over the Highlands, Kawarthas, and Muskokas.
