He has worked in an Engineering/Construction Management capacity on both Wind and Hydropower projects and possesses a wide variety of first-hand experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
David is motivated by a strong client focus and adeptly manages multiple projects for the best interests of all stakeholders. Confident in managing commercial interests and project budgets, contract management and leading project teams, he holds a respected position in the industry.

James is a results-driven project manager with thirteen years of professional experience throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. His career spans various disciplines of geotechnical engineering, project management, and the procurement, acquisition and delivery of high stake profile projects, mainly civil construction infrastructure.
James is noted for his effective project and construction management capability as well as professional expertise in the kinematic analysis of rock-cut slopes, tunnels, and mines (UG/OC) assessment of rock failure mechanisms, rockfall remediation methodology, the design of foundations and associated support systems for large infrastructure projects.
James' extensive experience in specialist rock mechanics work in the hard rock, coal mining, civil construction and tunnelling industries proved invaluable to his clients whilst acting in senior project management and Sub-IC reviewer roles. His ability to deliver and manage large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget. James' drive for process improvement and quality assurance in his client's projects are key to his added value in challenging work environments.
James has proven his ability to manage multiple technical scopes on billion-dollar valued projects, maintain a strong client focus and contribute significant value to all project stakeholders. Rano is a project engineer with almost a decade of experience working on significant infrastructure projects in Sydney. Some of the recent projects he has been involved in are Westconnex M4E, M5, M4-M5, Sydney Metro, and Snowy Hydro 2.0. He has expertise in managing multi-million dollar ground stabilisation projects starting from the project award to the project handover.
Rashini is a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently as well as in team environments.
