It is a food manufacturing, processing and wholesale company in Osaka that has been popular as a delicacy maker that mainly exports processed crayfish foods such as crawfish salad overseas... We have been selling those Chinmi within and outside Japan for over 30 years since our company has been launched... At Iyoya Foods Co., Ltd., it is used as a raw dekle of Japanese cuisine and japanese ingredients (temporarily processed), sushi, warship rolls, and seafood salads, and clawfish salads are widely used as ingredients for lobster rolls, mainly in New York and LA. In Japan, it was awarded the 1995 Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award as a brand name lobster salad.
