Counselling is a very personal experience and means something different to everyone. Whatever your concerns I am here to help and to work collaboratively with you... Some of the current issues people are seeking counselling for include: carer stress, dementia related issues, anxiety - particularly related to Covid19, historical abuses, grief and bereavement, adjusting and adapting to changes...
