KEEPING WATCH - Key Persons
Mark is a practicing physician while his wife, Susan, is a dentist. They are both natives of Michigan. Although Flint has been their primary home, they have owned a secondary home and other rental properties in Petoskey for the past 30+ years. After retiring from his successful management and consulting firm in 2019, Mark sold his home in Flint, and they relocated to their home in Petoskey.
Keeping Watch was put into operation from Mark's firsthand experience and understanding of the anxiety and frustration when problems arise at your "home away from home". Being travelers themselves, Mark and Sue know how important trusted and committed care is to a home owner, whether it is for short term or long term. When something unforeseen occurs, such as a failed thermostat, a door left unlocked, a water leak; whether it is electrical, plumbing, pest control, climate related or other issue, Mark knows a quick response and resolution needs to be found. Small problems left unresolved can become big headaches.

A lifelong resident, Jeremy was born and raised in Petoskey, Michigan. After graduation from Petoskey High School, he attended Olivet College. Jeremy and his wife love Petoskey and are raising their three children in the community.
Jeremy has worked in Petoskey around the housing construction business most of his life. His vast experience comes from working alongside his family in the construction business including house moving, concrete foundation work and general construction. He has also worked for many years as a trusted employee with a local high-end management company providing maintenance services for their properties. In addition, Jeremy has established a reputation in the community of being skilled, trustworthy and reliable in home construction, repair and remodeling. As a result, Jeremy has found himself to be in great demand of his services.
He is meticulous and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Jeremy is a licensed General Contractor, as well as, a licensed, bonded. Jeremy knows what to look for during a visual inspection of your home and property. He will keep watch to make certain your home and investment is well taken care of while you are away.
