Alicia White - VP

Alicia White is the Vice President of Applied Informatics and Operations at Key Metrix Services Inc. Alicia has 10 years of Case Management and rehabilitation experience as a Registered Kinesiologist in providing services to various populations including individuals with concussions or individuals suffering from cognitive, functional and behavioural impairments, chronic pain, complex orthopedic and soft tissue injuries. Alicia works with dynamic rehab teams to support our clients and their care givers. Alicia graduated from The University of Waterloo with her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Neuorbehavioural Assessment Option and she remains an active private-partner in research on concussion management and data analytics with the University. Alicia has completed Level One and Level Two of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation certification offered by Brock University and the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA) in the area of Neurorehabilitation: Assisting Recovery and Function in Everyday Life Following Brain Injury and Neuropsychological Assessments: Beyond Testing. Alicia has also received training and certification to perform Functional Abilities Evaluations, Range of Motion Assessments and Physical Demands Analysis through Metriks Education Inc. Jean Taylor - Founder, President

Jean Taylor is the President and Founder at Key Metrix Services Inc. An experienced Case Manager and Registered Kinesiologist, Jean founded Key Metrix Services Inc in 2006, supporting seriously injured accident survivors with Case Management, Support Services and providing Supported-Independent Living Programs. Jean is known in the community for helping individuals with complex needs with compassionate and comprehensive care. Jean unites teams on initiatives, projects and on individual cases to make a difference for survivors, their caregivers and the community. Prior to founding Key Metrix Services Inc. in 2006, Jean had been working in the field of brain injury rehabilitation, taking a leadership role in developing Transitional Living options for survivors. Jean received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. A proponent of life-long learning, Jean remains connected to the University as a private-partner in research on concussion management and data analytics. Jean Taylor is the President and Founder at Key Metrix Inc. Krista Gawne

Krista Gawne is a Nurse Case Manager at Key Metrix Services Inc. and provides Case Management and Nursing services for individuals with serious impairments. She graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing with Honours Cum Laude from York University, Toronto in 2006. Krista has over 16 years of experience in private care settings as well as hospital settings including emergency medicine, post anesthetic care unit and out-patient clinics. She has valuable experience assessing and caring for those with acute and chronic pain, brain injuries, neurological disorders, mental health and addictions, oncology and orthopedic traumas. Krista has experience providing care to patients across all age groups including infancy to geriatrics. Her nursing skill set includes wound assessments and treatment, medication management and education,health care management and disease process education to patients and their families and collaborating with other health care providers to facilitate the best outcomes for patients. Krista is a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO).
