Whether I'm the instuctor in a formal classroom or have the opportunity to provide coaching and technical assistance to a partner, I bring a learning orientation to all of my work. In particular, I enjoy helping build the skills of people who don't have formal accounting, finance, or operations training to become more fluent in key concepts and practices... I am a systems specialist whose passion is solving the complex problems that hold organizations back. I work with small and medium-sized organizations in-transition; helping them identify the roadblocks that have impeded progress, build new systems to support advancement, and move beyond putting out fires to planning for the road ahead... Bringing knowledge of organizational dynamics and systems, operations skills and management savvy, I keep the wheels turning during expected and unexpected times of change. I help organizations do the work needed to position their future leaders and managers for success.
