So we decided to make a living out of it. We made it our mission to build relationships with world class vineyards and distillers, and connect them with the bars, restaurants, and businesses right in our own neighborhood. The fact that this mission involves us enjoying the many fine wines and spirits they have to offer is a happy coincidence... There's nothing quite like making new friendships over a few drinks. So we decided to make a living out of it.
