Mark is a seasoned attorney with extensive regulatory compliance and transactional experience in the hospitality, AdTech, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and health care industries. His expertise is focused on data privacy law including GDPR, CCPA, and GLBA. Mark graduated from Wayne State University and Michigan State University College of Law, and is admitted to the Michigan bar. Mark is an avid yogi and enjoys traveling with his husband.

Sara helps clients navigate through a variety of challenging data privacy matters that require services such as privacy compliance guidance, privacy policies, negotiation of commercial agreements as well as ad hoc advice. Sara brings deep practical knowledge and experience to the table and strives to deliver excellence to each and every client. Before starting Mantel & Lock, Sara was a Global Privacy Attorney at General Motors. Sara graduated from Central Michigan University, and received her juris doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Sara is admitted to the Michigan bar. Born and raised in Michigan, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son and daughter.
