Abby Rogers

Abby joined the McCullough Law team in 2020. Abby loves working to consistently provide clients and their advisors with elevated service. Prior to working at McCullough Law, her client-oriented mind helped her become a top salesperson at Nordstrom in Salt Lake City. After completing a mission in Norway for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Abby returned to Brigham Young University, where she received her bachelor's degree in philosophy. Abby loves to explore the world and spend time with family and friends.

Abigail Elcock

Job Titles:

Abigail loves creating excellent, effective documentation that accurately reflects and protects clients' legacies. She graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in English and loves putting that education to good use. On her own time, she can be found trying new foods, playing board and card games (like Dungeons and Dragons, Ticket to Ride, Skull King, or Boggle), and spending time with loved ones.

Adam Jensen

Adam is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in tax from Brigham Young University. He loves working on unique, interesting projects, and finding creative solutions. When he is not at work, Adam enjoys skiing, riding and restoring motorcycles, and going on adventures with his wife. Adam and his wife both love food and are always on the lookout for new restaurants.

Alema Atuaia

Alema enjoys working with her team members to secure clients' legacies. She thrives being surrounded by a team committed to excellent client service and high-quality work. One of her greatest accomplishments is graduating from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in geography. She has lived in Hawaii, Utah, Virginia, and Washington due to living the fun life of being a football coach's kid. Outside of work Alema loves going to the gym, eating good food, watching college football, hiking trails, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashlynn Hokanson

Ashlynn joined the McCullough Law team in 2017. Ashlynn enjoys combining her love of people, business, and legal services into one role. Ashlynn takes great pride in working alongside her team to ensure elevated service is provided to each client. Ashlynn received a bachelor's degree in political science, with a focus on business and global development, at Brigham Young University. When she isn't at the office, Ashlynn enjoys reading, winning card games, traveling to new places, and shopping at Trader Joe's and Costco.

Caeden Williams

Caeden graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in history. He enjoys helping the McCullough Law team to secure each client's legacy. Caeden loves spending his free time with his wife and playing games. He also enjoys working with his hands and restoring motorcycles.

Carrie Grinwis

Carrie thrives while applying her strong attention to detail to serve clients and team members. Carrie attended Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in experience design and management. Outside of work, she loves playing Spikeball and pickleball with her friends and family. She also enjoys putting together jigsaw puzzles, baking cookies, and traveling to see her family in Oregon and throughout her home state of Michigan.

Caryn Morgan

In 2019, Caryn accomplished a lifelong goal when she earned her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho. She is a firm believer that happy employees serve clients better. Caryn enjoys implementing human resource standards at McCullough Law and finding exceptional team members to assist clients. Caryn is the mother of four wonderful children and nine entertaining grandchildren. She is no longer a "soccer mom" but is now a "soccer grandma." Her free time is spent reading children's literature, traveling to visit family, watching musicals, and attending soccer games or dance classes for her grandchildren. Her hobbies also include puzzles, games, sewing, hiking, reading, and serving in church.

Cheyenne Jones

Cheyenne prides herself on her professionalism and ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Cheyenne consistently works to ensure that clients have an enjoyable and successful experience every time they interact with the McCullough Law team. Cheyenne especially enjoys working in the estate planning sphere and seeing the benefits it brings clients. She graduated from Dixie State University with a bachelor's degree in human communication. When she is not working, she loves to be outside hiking or playing any kind of sport.

Eden Bodine

Eden enjoys ensuring that the McCullough Law team is prepared to secure each client's legacy. She received her bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice through Northern Arizona University. In her free time, Eden enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends. She is also an avid runner and enjoys training for marathons.

Grace Schulte

Grace loves serving the CEO and the rest of the McCullough Law team to make sure that the needs of the office are met. She believes that if the office runs smoothly, then the McCullough Law team can focus on providing the best service possible. Born and raised in Colorado, Grace moved to Utah to study at Brigham Young University where she is currently pursuing a degree in sociology. In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family. She also enjoys yoga, traveling, motorcycle rides, and reading historical novels.

Irene Clark

Irene Clark graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Family History and Genealogy and worked as a historical records researcher for socio-economic studies. She enjoys working with the McCullough Law team to provide quality products and services for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to all genres of music, eating and cooking foods from around the world, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Jackson Saunders

Jackson enjoys learning more about the legal field every day and helping team members to be successful. Jackson is attending Utah Valley University to receive a bachelor's in political science. When Jackson is not at work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing games of all kinds, exercising, reading, and creating tasty dishes.

Jane Johnson

She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Auckland, New Zealand, and received a bachelor's degree in Chinese at Brigham Young University. In her free time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, indoor cycling, and traveling.

Jenni DeAdder

Jenni joined the McCullough Law team in 2020. Jenni considers it an honor to assist the McCullough Law team and clients. Jenni's goal is to elevate client experience throughout every stage. Jenni grew up in Mesa, Arizona, and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Anaheim, California. Jenni loves spending time with friends and doing marathons-Netflix marathons, that is.

Kameron Kavanaugh

Kameron enjoys creating exceptional training materials for the team members of McCullough Law. Kameron is currently obtaining his doctorate degree at the University of Utah in musical arts and has spent his career teaching in the public school sector. When he is not at the office, Kameron is found composing music, listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers or Tenebrae, and playing ice hockey.

Lee S. McCullough, III - Founder, President

Lee S. McCullough, III graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, a Master of Accountancy (MAcc), and a Juris Doctor (JD). Lee is a fourth-generation attorney. After law school, he was trained by two of the best estate planning attorneys in Utah: his father, Lee S. McCullough, II, and his uncle, Craig F. McCullough. Lee has taught estate planning as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School since 2005. Lee is known for his ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and his ability to explain sophisticated topics in a way that anyone can understand. Lee and his wife, Cheryl, live in Midway, Utah, and have five children. Lee loves canyoneering and is determined to explore every canyon in Utah with family and friends. He also enjoys tennis, playing the saxophone, water skiing, snow skiing, and snowboarding.

Liz Hokanson - CEO

Liz joined the McCullough Law team in 2017. Liz is known for using her personal mission statement ("serve, learn, improve, and progress") to help build and develop the team members, processes, and standards of McCullough Law. Liz graduated with a degree in health care administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) through Utah State University. When she isn't at the office, she is usually found setting goals, reading business books, going to the gym, enjoying live music, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.

Madi Langford

Madi Langford enjoys working closely with each client to provide elevated service. After serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala, Madi has continued her education at Brigham Young University, where she is currently completing a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minor in business. Madi loves jumping into things and helping with anything she can. When she is not at work, Madi enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting her hometown in Texas, and playing any type of sport.

Maggie Kniffen

Before Maggie began working at McCullough Law, she served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Denver, Colorado. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys archery, doing lawn care, being surrounded by friends and family, and making memories.

Maui Mafi

Maui loves providing an elevated level of service to every client who walks through the doors. During his time here, Maui has gained a deep appreciation for the importance of securing clients' legacies and enjoys the behind-the-scenes work of preparing clients' files. During his down time, Maui enjoys weightlifting, playing and watching basketball, and spending time with his family. Whenever he visits his home in Hawaii, Maui is sure to catch a few waves on his surfboard or canoe.

Naomi Rawlins

Naomi enjoys being involved in the process of securing each client's legacy. She loves organization and helping in any way she can. Naomi recently completed her service as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bulgaria and Croatia, where she primarily spoke Russian. She plans to attend Brigham Young University, where she will pursue a degree in technical theatre. In her free time, Naomi enjoys attending theatre productions, reading, and spending time with her family.

Nicole Grant

Nicole considers it an honor and privilege to help secure each client's legacy. She loves the challenge of helping prepare customized legal documents to meet each client's unique, individual needs. Nicole graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in English, a minor in editing, and an emphasis in professional writing and communications. While there, she worked on various projects, including serving as the design lead for BYU's literary magazine and proofreading the transcripts of Dorothy Wordsworth's journals. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys music, creating artwork, bookbinding, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Rebecca Stewart

Rebecca joined the McCullough Law team in 2017. Rebecca graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Juris Doctor (JD). She was handpicked and trained by Lee as a paralegal, and after passing the Utah State Bar, she continued her training with Lee as an attorney. Rebecca is an exceptionally skilled attorney who prides herself on exceptional client satisfaction. Rebecca is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese. She is a former Division I college volleyball player and continues to play sports with family and friends. Rebekah Sheffield
